The tracking works sporadically and not accurate at all. My cellphone Google maps is 1000% more accurate. The way it pings and maps is complete garbage. I think this is working on 3g which is damn near obsolete thus the sporadic connectivity.

PLots of didn't t likes. When it shows the stops from vehicle it dosent show the route by street but in a linear style example. It doesn't show the vehicle driving around the ccve it shows 1 stop the nextv stop thru the water to the next stop made. Updates were slow. Very in accurate when vehicle was parked could be across the street in the other parkingn lot. In accurate times. If you want to know the where about of the vehicle then this product is for you. I dislike it. Especially when. It said my excavator started moving 10 pm at nite I rush down to the site. where it was still there. Whewwww.

50% good, 50% bad

I bought 4, and set them up identically. They all appeared as working on the map. I put them in suitcases. One stopped updating two blocks away and the other never shows having moved at all. The others worked fine. I tried starting a complaint ticket on Tracki site, but it didn't allow anything to be input in the boxes where you detail the issue you are having. Disillusioned to say the least.

Doesn't update or show exact location or path traveled! Save your $

I have used other trackers. Tracki is the WORSE! It is Never accurate on location or updating in real time! Save your money and do research. Horrible product!

Early days

So far this is great when it works but the app is buggy and inconsistent. Sometimes the refresh function simply disappears. This is BAD as using it coupled with moving alerts can be a great battery saver. Similarly geofences are wonderful, when they work. I've had several instances when the vehicle clearly moved, but no fence alerts.I would likely give at least 4 stars if the above all worked ALL THE TIME.One hint: first thing one should do is remove the battery and peal off the sticker that gives device id and imei. Without this it will be very difficult to identify the user. Not impossible: easy for the NSA but hard for anyone else.

Ehhhh

Tracker is pretty good, sometimes the history doesn’t work. I’m giving three stars because of the battery. I would NOT recommend this if you’re trying to secretly track someone. The battery is TERRIBLE, I did all the steps that will save the battery longer and still have to charge it once a week. Not convenient if you’re secretly doing it. I’m gonna cancel my subscription because it’s not worth it to constantly have to charge it.

Great product

It works well and was very quality is Very high quality. It has a belt clip cover a magnet cover and a rubber sock type thing that protects it and a key chain string one. It was very easy to use snd set up. I have had it about 3 months . It is 19.99 a month but gets cheaper if you do longer durations so it wont cost you more than 20 a month.

Love these!

I am far from good at setting up anything dealing with computers but found very easy instructions and totally set up in less than 30 minutes. Just placed in car I want to monitor and love it! I am going to order another one to be worn on a lantern inside clothing for toddler grandchild. Certainly hope we do not have to resort to this but what a wonderful way of finding them. I still remember our three year old twins disappearing in our home. My husband ran out to garage thinking he would drive both ends of street when he saw 2 sets of feet sticking out under the car. Still shutter and wish we had these!

Pretty terrible

I loaned a car to my GF and wired a tracki to the battery, not so I could stalk her or anything but just so I could someday recover the car if it got stolen or whatever. So I followed her up to her home and disconnected the account temporarily. A couple months later I re-enabled the account, the car reported as still at her house and battery full. When I "refresh location", it stayed at her home and said "not moving". It did that for two months until she drove the car over to my place and I checked online and it was still reported at her house!So I called customer service and they told me a. the unit was actually completely dead or offline. Their UI was just lying about refreshing the position. And b. Waste of time and money

Purchased one of these last year, used it for a week, results were minimal. Unit would power off randomly and not take a full charge. Went to try to use it again this year, and there was an error. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, apparently, it is no longer supported by Tracki, so I was told to buy a new one. Not impressed, will look elsewhere for a new tracking device.
