For a cheaper airbrush it absolutely does the job. I bought this for cake decorating (a most definite rookie) to make my kids cakes and it turned out wonderfully. The only downside is that occasionally it splatters paint. Would recommend if you don't want to spend a tonne of money but want to get a very reasonable job done.

Works perfectly have done several sessions priming and painting models. I've ran out of paint before it's run out of battery and have only charged it once since getting.
