My 10 device sub was ending. I renewed but chose 3 device. I continue to get constant reminders that my subscription needs renewing. I have had a large increased in spam getting through to the inbox. The change over was not plain sailing and I had to call support. They were great though. Seems to be an issue when renewing to a different product? I was concerned that in the changover period my devices would have no protection - hopefully that wasnt the case. I am not happy that password manager is constantly sending alerts to renew.

This protection was offered by the retailer with the representation that it was the same as the company used. I struggled a little with that but I needed appropriate protection anyway. Installing and activating the same was a confusing task with logic that didn’t seem to follow and “buttons” that didn’t link. In fairness the May not be supposed to but the absence of a clear pathway didn’t help. I trust the product is good and that I have installed all the components necessary, but why they needed to be installed and activated separately remains a mystery. Fingers crossed I finally got it right.

It is great and I have used this over many years. But the problem here we are finding difficult with the speed of ethereal/wifi slow down and keep me waiting to start working in Mac desktop for approx 2 years. When our trend micro require to download, it slow down the ethereal. Sparks NZ charge a lot of money for broadband in rural area. We were unable to find a good resources and the speed of broadband plus desktop apple so far. overall it is good to use Trend Micro.
