I was very pleased with the black version of these jeans, so bought a pair of the blue-black ones in the sale. Unfortunately, they are of thinner material, so more of a summer weight. The black ones do have a tendency to crease (likely because they are also are composed of mixed fabrics), but this tendency regrettably is accentuated in the blue-black pair. They fit well, skinny rather than slim, except for the waist, which is somewhat smaller than in the black pair but will stretch in time (I hope!). They are a little longer than the black ones too, which to me is a nuisance but might be an advantage to someone taller.

These jeans are well-cut, a good mid-denim colour and the premium quality you expect from Trenery. “Slim” cut is exactly right for these jeans - not tight skinny but not looser straight. I usually take size 12-14, and the 12 is perfect. The length is regular (ie. not 7/8 or ankle length) and the waist sits higher - which I like. A great classic pair of jeans which fit beautifully!

I’m in my early 50s pear shaped so finding jeans not easy. These are a perfect fit. Normally 14 but at Assistant’s advise I went down to 12. Wise decision as they gave a bit. Not a skinny fit either just right. Great quality as usual & high waist.Thank you Trenary :)
These jeans are so soft and feel so nice on but become very loose and baggy after an hour or two. I’m usually size 10 and they became two sizes too big as the day went on. I returned them for a size 8 which are a bit tight at the waist, they also got loose as the day went but not so loose that it was too baggy. I do like these a lot but don’t like the tight waist that gets loose after a few hours wearing them. Wish the waist fit better. I’m keeping them because I like how they look.
I had high hopes for these jeans as I had bought them before and they were fantastic - slimming and held you in nicely at hips and waist. Sadly, whatever changes they have made to the jeans means they are now ill fitting, not flattering and have a wider leg than before. I bought these jeans online and returned them. No longer worth the money.

I am in my sixties and prefer comfort plus I think they look better around my knees if they are a bit looser. I think you have to try them on. I also bought them online on sale so that was a bonus. I already knew I wanted a six as I had purchased a different colour in my usual size four and they were way too small around my waist. I exchanged them in store showing the very helpful sale assistant and husband who both thought the size four looked great but I would not have been able to eat or wear them all day as they were too tight around my waist and very slim in the leg. Also I am a little self conscious. I have the size 12 black and blue/black versions of this, and find the same sized indigo a little larger around the waist and thighs. Ok for a looser fit but needs a belt. A bit longer in length too, and a darker coloured inside fabric so looks a little odd when rolled up. I’ve already washed them thinking they might shrink but instead they became a bit looser after one wear. I will keep as I can’t return them now so will rate 4/5 compared than 5/5 for the 2 other colours I own.
Bought my regular size but the jeans are now so baggy I have to tumble dry them to shrink them a bit. The image is not representative and the lower leg part of the jeans is much looser / baggier in reality. Quality is great but a waste of money - they feel more like 'mom jeans'... Not what I wanted. :( Buy a size smaller if purchasing these.
I found that the sizing varies a bit, and I had to try on a couple of pairs - the first one I tried was too tight in a size 10 but I found another pair that was perfect. Lovely denim, really comfortable with enough stretch, and fits nicely at the waist without riding down. My current favourite jeans. I recommend trying on rather than ordering online. I also have the black and night sky colours and the sizing is slightly different but I’m a size 10 in all of them.
