Bought this thinking it would be gd due to reviews but it's really weak. Only 95mph. Sounds fast but it's not. While it did blow some of my leaves, it left a lot of them too. Even after going over my lawn 3 times, I still had leaves left. Hurt my back real bad cuz since it's an attachment, you kinda have to lean over a lil bit. Would help if there was a shoulder strap for it.Ended up using my electric blower which helped pick up what this one left. I ended up returning the attachment and I bought a DeWalt electric handheld blower instead (it's the corded one for $99.99). The DeWalt one is so much more powerful (185mph w/ the concentrator nozzle, 160mph w/ other nozzles) (more cfm and only $19 more then the attachment). This attachment will really move some leaves on the lawn. It is a great option if you have an existing string trimmer that will accept attachments. A dedicated leaf blower would probably be more comfortable to use for extended sessions, but then you have another small engine to upkeep.I’m using mine in a craftsman string trimmer.

I bought this attachment last week, thinking it was going to be as good as my other Troy-bilt attachments. I was wrong. I used it one time to blow grass clippings from my driveway...it could have been done better, and faster, with a broom! I called Cub Cadet, to return the blower, but, because I had used it one time, they considered it used equipment, and would not take it back. Very disappointed in the product, and the service after the sale!
The attachment was very easy to install on my Craftsman 25cc model, took less than 5 minutes. Once it was running the blower had more power than I was expecting. Had no issues moving small to medium size piles of DRY leaves. Still had to use a rake to handle wet leaves and bigger piles, but it certainly helped to get the job done. Simple attachment and connection so don't expect any problems with it in the future. Came with a handy snap on hook to help hang and store it when its not being used.

My electric unit was always "all or nothing".I was able to clear all of the trimmer and mower debris from my walk, driveway and street frontage with ease and in record time. I don't have a lot of leaves this time of year so I had to look for some just to test it out and it works great for that as well. Later this fall I'll get a better chance I will get a better opportunity to blow some leaves.Overall it is of excellent quality like all of the other Troy Bilt products I have acquired over the past 5 or 6 years and well worth the modest price. I would recommend this attachment to anyone with similar clean-up needs.
I purchased this blower attachment after owning the TB32EC model for almost a year. I had been using the Ryobi blower attachment with the Ryobi that my father had given me. When the Ryobi died I decided that I would just get a new attachment. This blower blows the socks off of the other attachment that I had. I gets all the little willow leaves that the other blower wouldn't move. I will HIGHLY recommend you wear hearing protection while operating this attachment due to the loud noise that it makes. This one item has made me a customer for LIFE!
I have the original add-on blower attachment. I purchased this new blower attachment hoping that it would have more leaf blowing power. However, I really cannot tell a power difference between this one and the 20$ original cheaper model. BUT, the air intake is at the top of the attachment, as with the older model the air intake is at the bottom close to the ground, which is a bad design because leaves always get caught in it, hindering air flow.So, if you are looking for a leaf blower, this is a very viable attachment. Spend the extra 20$ for this over the old model. It works well, and leaves and other debris do not get caught in the air intake. Do not, however, expect a big blowing power increase if you are familiar with the original.
We've had this blower attachment for 3 years now and it does the job very well. Keep in mind, with the attachment added onto your trimmer engine source (ours is a Husqvarna), the whole thing becomes a tad heavy. But, I'm 66 and have a 250' driveway at 25% grade to clear off, and can handle it. I highly recommend if you already have an attachment type set up. We have 3 Trimmer Plus attachments. All very good.
I was really excited about this blower when I got it. It was under $100 and I had a coupon so that was tough to beat. I had read mixed reviews but thought it would be enough for my small yard (0.5 acres). It took me longer to attempt to blow the leaves out of my yard than it did to rake them up. Unless the leaves are completely dry and right in front of the end of the blower this thing struggles. I would not recommend this product. However, the trimmerplus hedge trimmer, weed eater, and edger all work nicely.
