I really like this Creatine. I’ve tried others and they have either had an after taste, have clumped or have been difficult to blend. I find that the true Creatine is clean, doesn’t clump and is easy to blend with no weird aftertaste.

Since adding Creatine mono to my protein shakes (true protein ofcourse!) I’ve notice a big difference in muscle growth and the ability to lift much heavier.I’m hitting more PB’s and couldn’t be happier with the progress. It gives those extra results!

This product doesn’t dissolve at all. Luckily it doesn’t taste too bad once you get past the crunchy texture of the drink, it’s fine.It definitely doesn’t affect the taste of protein or other products, but they just mask the fact it hasn’t mixed; the creatine is still at the bottom of the glass if you don’t keep shaking it as you drink, or skull it.

I’ve only recently started using this product but already I have felt and seen the results! It is living up to its hype. I add in with my protein powder to a smoothie and it’s helping build my strength and improve my power for sprinting
A few weeks into switching to true creatine mono and I will only buy this from now on. Really fine product means tasteless and blends into drinks/shakes so easily. No upset tummy like some of the others I have tried. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As always, Creatine worked well to help increase strength on 3-8 rep maxes, it may have also helped a little in metcons. Body weight increased slightly due to water retention.The taste could be confused with licking the residue out of the bottom of the chalk bucket but that’s no different to any other Creatine. Just make sure to mix with so FitAid, Rx if you’ve got a big session .
I’ve been using this creatine for several years and it’s become a staple in my daily routine. It mixes perfectly with my true WPI 90, no taste or bad texture. I definitely notice the improvement in my performance and recovery vs when I’m not taking it.
I had been wondering why my workouts had been next level until I remembered I had recently introduced this guy into my daily routine. Can confirm I have felt a massive difference in my energy levels when training- especially cardio and endurance, I'm lasting way longer in exercises I used to struggle with. It's also like drinking nothing at all, mixes incredibly well, no taste. The perfect addition to any shake or smoothie. Will definitely buy again
