Love this product. I use full cream milk and use 180ml so always light and fluffy. I've experimented a little and added a little rice malt for sweetness and dark chocolate nibs (only a little). Also added a 1/4 mashed banana,mso versatile, my go to treat now!!! Yum yum yum

Not bad—easy to mix, ensure a thorough shake to get a slightly more aerated texture. It’s not a traditional creamy mousse but it hit the spot as a less rich dessert option.When made with water I did need to add a tiny dash of maple syrup for some sweetness, the flavour is otherwise too bitter from having cocoa without a balancing element.

It’s not a traditional creamy mousse but it hit the spot as a less rich dessert option.When made with water I did need to add a tiny dash of maple syrup for some sweetness, the flavour is otherwise too bitter from having cocoa without a balancing element.
I didn't mind the texture of the product. I made it with milk and it wasn't too dissimilar to a yogo style mousse. Unfortunately I just found the mousse to be very flavourless and unenjoyable as a result. Wouldn't buy this again.I have also purchased the mug cake which I hope has more flavour!
My partner and I love the protein mousse, it mixes easily and is the great way to finish a meal when you want something sweet but not high sugar. I find the flavour is good but I usually add cacao powder to give it a stronger flavour. The texture of the mousse is amazing too, exactly what you’d expect! I would love other flavours such as vanilla to be available though the chocolate is great as is and like other reviewers have commented, you can flavour it how you want.
The mousse texture is awesome, kinda in between mousse and jelly. The taste however is a bit lacking - it's just kinda... bland. Would be great if it was a bit sweeter and more chocolatey. I made it with water the first time and found it bland, so tried it with almond milk the next time and it was only marginally better. I'll try it with chocolate-flavoured Almond Breeze next time to add some more sweetness and flavour. Not the best value for money either with only five serves in a bag.
I thought it sounded too good to be true. Chocolate mousse that's big on taste and texture, while delivering a low carb protein hit that has me wanting more - and more. One scoop into the shaker with water and bingo! Out comes a smooth blend that I pour into a little bowl and pop it into the fridge. Could it be easier? No. Could it be more delicious? No. Am I happy? You bet!
This literally tastes like a slightly less sweet choccy mousse you buy in the shop. Perfect texture and super quick to make.I mix mine with almond milk, add some marshmallows and sugar free jelly and it tastes like the dessert bar at old school pizza hut. A delicious way to get your protein in, absolutely addicted to this product and can't recommend it more
Highly recommend the mousse, its so quick and easy to make and is such a great not overly sweet treat to boost your protein and satisfy the sweet tooth. I found the 30g serving once made is huge so will do half serves next time. Delicious!
This is amazing. Such a quick and easy dessert treat. Made it with just water and it was awesome. Kinda more like pudding than mousse for me but all good anyway. Would like some different flavours too.
