I love this product! There's no "aftertaste" like so many others. It's why I hadn't purchased hot sauce in a long time. This goes on everything I eat. (Sans ice cream š) There is just enough kick to add a little zip, but not overpowering. The spaghetti sauce does clear your sinuses for sure though. I have to cut it with some extra cheese and that's fine by me. The sandwich spread is AMAZING!! Even my fiance will eat it on occasion and he's not a fan of spicy. I never write reviews, but this sauce deserves it! Bought a jar intending to use it for a āquick dinner night.ā Spent 15 minutes cooking up a pound of our local butcherās spicy Italian pork sausage, drained the fat, poured the sauce over the top, and added about 1/4 cup pasta water to the sauce pan. Served over GF fettuccine alongside an arugula salad. This 15 minute dinner was absolutely divine. Iāve made this fast meal countless times before, but this Truff sauce elevated our dinner to a level where my husband and I decided to pop open a nice bottle of French Pinotā¦ on a Tuesday. Stupid satisfied. Iād buy this sauce by the case.

I have been getting TRUFF products for some time now; however, I finally ordered from the website and ordered the pasta sauces. Let me tell you - BOTH of them are so flavorful and full of great taste. You do not need that much but just a small amount enhances your pasta.The oil is a hit ! I use it on grilled cheese and chicken sandwiches. My toddler has been eating foods with TRUFF oil in it for almost a year. A small amount is really all you need. The spicy TRUFF mayo is AMAZING !!!!!!! I used it to make chicken salad sandwiches yesterday and my husband was in love ! The quality is just excellent and whether for dinner or a lunch break, your dish will be enhanced with TRUFF !!!TRUFF is not a letdown at ALL. I will keep ordering !!!

You can do much better by getting another product that features more discernible tartufo (truffle) flavor. By the way, Iām a huge fan of black truffle and Iāve tried all four varieties (fresh). I may even be the only crazy person who buys dress black summer truffles in Italy and drives around eating them as if they were apples.
Just tried the pasta sauce. Idk if I will ever make homemade again. This is fantastic! Especially making Ziti! Super easy. I always doctor up my sauces. Because I like flavors. I didnāt even have to doctor this at all! My husband and I will make this our brand from now own. Love u guys!! Thanks a million for great sauce. Looking forward to trying the other flavors!!!
I am extremely picky about foods but when it comes to Italian, I am very difficult to please. Half Italian and cook homemade, I am always skeptical of anything not fresh however, I am obssesed with my TRUFF oil's especially the black so I decided to give both sauces a go. Both are great but the Arrabbiata is my ultimate favorite and go to!! The spiciness is a nice bonus... This sauce is so full of flavor it has my tastebuds so very grateful to TRUFF for their perfection.
This sauce has RUINED me for other pasta sauces. At first it seemed uncomfortably spicy, but it was soooo delicious (fruity! Tomato-y! Peppery!) that I kept using it and now no other sauce will do. Itās expensive but worth every penny, and considering the actual truffles involved, itās quite competitively priced. I keep it on hand at all times for any and all pasta cravings, but itās great on vegetarian meatball sĆ”ndwiches and any other recipe where tomato sauce is useful. Someone times I even add Truff black truffle oil to it and itās even richer.
I am italian and Sicilian and make my own sauce. I received this sauce as a gift. I thought it was strong and salty tasting. When I looked at the ingredients which for the most part were epic, I question the need for toxic natural flavors when you use excellent ingredients. Then I looked at the sodium 1000 MG per serving, again not necessary. Since this this a high end product the ingredients shoild not be part of your recipe. This is what low level.jar sauces contain. You are on the right track with all the other fresh ingredients

Good spice (given the arrabbiata variety), but the flavor was underwhelming. Neither my wife nor I like this nearly as much as Rao's arrabbiata (31Ā¢ per ounce based on current pricing). While we're not truffle afficiandos, I know I've enjoyed foods containing truffles in the past. If the price was on par with Rao's, I'd give Truff 3 stars, but given its double the price, 2 stars seems about right. I did not expect the sauce to taste as good as it did. It is so smooth and thick that the sauce was sticking to the penne pasta! The taste is so delicious with the black truffle. The only negative thing I can say about this is itās a bit spicy. Yes, itās a bit pricier than other sauces but thatās because thereās black truffle and this is pomodoro. Itās not your typical Ragu. I cooked this with a little ground beef, onions and garlic. Otherwise Iād say this sauce would be excellent on its own with some cheeseon top. Would def purchase again.
