Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVED (past tense) this product. I have veryyyy dry skin and it evened my skin tone and texture tremendously without feeling greasy like other dry skin moisturizers. I do really love all of the other TruSkin products I use, but this one was SUCH a flop for me. I am prone to cystic acne on my cheeks and had had my skin looking really good actually with the use of their other products. Against my better judgement I decided to keep using it regardless of its texture and thickness, then the underground skin volcanoes started growing. My skin was fine for maybe a week and then all the sudden I have like 8-9 new deep and painful nodules under my skin right now all along my cheeks. This is the first time I bought TruSkin vitamin C brightening moisturizer and I'm satisfied with it. It really hydrates my face very well for the whole day. First, I wash my face and then apply my face with toner and serum and lastly with the moisturizer. And it doesn't have the annoying perfume or artificial fragrance like most brands do. Would buy again if the price doesn't go up.

I`ve found that it can be used at all times of the day too. So when I`ve felt hot and sweaty I have wiped my face down with Micellar water and then apply this product and my skin feels so smooth and awakened again.Another key note is that it absorbs quickly. I`ve found that this moisturizer plays the nicest with my skin NOW than it ever has. It also feels much better on and actually moisturizes much better if you apply in when your skin is just a tiny bit damp.Conclusion: if your skin is either too dry or too oily, I don`t think this will be it for you. But if your skin is on the normal side and only a little dry or a little oily, I think you might really like this. It hydrates well enough to make you feel like your skin isn`t tight, but is light enough that it doesn`t leave an oily finish. Also, be careful if you have very sensitive skin. I think all the acne Rx I used toughened my skin up, but while I was using them my skin was extremely compromised and this seriously BURNED going on.I`m still on the fence about repurchasing because I feel like you need to have basically perfectly balanced skin in order for this to work, but it is a good day time moisturizer.

My face needs more moisture than a serum or a light moisturizer has to offer, so this was PERFECT for me! Definitely saw a noticeable amount of firming after first time using it and for my neck as well. The actual moisturizer feels like body lotion, but absorbs quickly so it doesn't leave residue or get in the hair around my face. I'm 40 and have skin that tends to be dry with no blemishes.
I have used very expensive medical grade products such as Obagi, ZO, skinceuticals (still love their eye cream best), and many others. Having said that, the quality of the TruSkin skincare line rivals all of those skincare lines at a fraction of the cost and with more volume of product per product; probably about 1/4-1/5 the cost! Their Vitamin C serum, for example, is 20% vitamin C from a quality source. And the other high quality ingredients they have in this serum make it even more beneficial for targeting many skin issues. Their line helps with tone, texture, fine lines and wrinkles, acne, and hyperpigmentation. I switched to this moisturizer and a powder foundation. I was a little concerned at first, as I tend to have SUPER dry skin at times, especially around my nose and eyes. This is no longer an issue. At first, it feels sticky and tacky, and like my skin is not very moisturized, but after I let it sit for a while, my skin starts to absorb it and it feels so smooth and soft. I have not had a single cyst for the past two months and I am THRILLED.So many doctors and deramatoligsts all told me that cystic acne was purely hormonal and that the only way to treat it was by taking birth control and antibiotics all the time. I refused to do that to my body and I am glad that I continued looking for another way. I had no idea that there were so many silicone products in EVERYTHING.Anyhow, I highly recommend this product for anyone struggling with the same issue that I was.
