Bed was packaged good for transport with a lot of padding, the boxes had a few dents and holes but the product was good in box. Bed was easily assembled within an hour, the only down side was some of the panels were sanded to much so can see the mdf under the white. But generally a good product.

Came with incorrect parts. I showed staff in store. We sent evidence to customer care. I am waiting 4 days and still have no update on what to do. The bed itself looks nice but a little 3 year old boy will not have his bed for Christmas.

Delivery was faster than expected. The quality of the bed is good amd it was easy to assemble. Only complaint was that it smelled quite strong of paint and the parts needed airing out for a few days before the smell was gone.

Instructions are terrible would benefit from better cleaner step by step instructions OR even better video.Quality is commensurate with price. Guess is not res-crew together well if it had to be moved however.As a plus, my son loves it.
My three year son loves it. The raised sides stop him from rolling out of the bed at night. Easy to put together by myself. There's a strong paint smell out of the box so best to take it out and leave it for sometime before sleeping in it.

Who on earth decided that 666 is a good number option for a kids race at bed?!! You could have chosen literally any other number combination. I wish I’d realised before I’d purchased. Otherwise it’s a great bed and both my boys love their beds.
The bed complete is a great product and good value for money. Attention is required as instructions do not flow with the extra strength brackets, but are all there. It no big deal but would be good if the did flow. Very happy the the bed and grandson loves it.
The bolts for the bed were not perfect matches, the frame peels off as I tired to assemble them, the overall quality was bad. I had to buy additional stronger and longer bolts. My experience with the bed has been bad, do not waste your money with this bed.
When purchasing the product online we checked multiple times as to whether or not a mattress was supplied and multiple times we found that it should have been supplied I even asked 4 people who visited my home to check and we all understood that a mattress was supplied so when it arrived without a mattress we were suitably disappointed as we only ordered the product as we were sure a mattress was supplied as part of the packageIf we had of realised that no mattress was supplied then the product would still be in your warehouseAdrian Cameron0404477725
