Very easy to use. No dusting. I usually use it with a URO polishing/ compounding pad and a dual action buffer. I have also used it with a microfiber cloth on small areas. It is great for compounding and polishing depending on what pad you use. I Also like the fact that as soon as you’re done you can apply a ceramic or graphene protective coating over it. Good job TW

This is a straight up 1 step cutting/finishing compound. You can vary the cutting with DA pad type and it will give you the paint correction level you want. Then you put whatever wax, ceramic etc you want on top and your done.It does not have any waxes etc in the product. It leaves a clean, polished paint surface.I just used this to do a minor paint correction on my wifes BMW.It is exactly as advertised. You can vary the cut with the foam pad.I used an 125 mm orange foam pad on my makita palm DA on its lowest setting. This way it did a very minor cut removing oxidisation, swirls and stains which left a brilliant finish and removed 95% of defects. I even ran it over the windows to remove watermarks. No doubt I could have used a more aggressive foam pad and cut ... MoreThis is a straight up 1 step cutting/finishing compound. Possibly it has slightly better gloss with the CMX Polish but given the time required for a second pass I'm happy to leave it out on this particular vehicle for amazing results.

Easy to apply, incredible shine. Used it on a black mustang with a light foam polishing pad. It was about 80 degrees in my driveway. I take good care of my cat but it needed some light correction. Beautiful results. The car simply glows. I will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

I have used the chemical guys system to sand and then polish the headlights before which works great. I wanted to try the Hybrid Solutions Pro without the sanding stage and it worked great. Car 2006 RAV 4, with 4 years of oxidation from Michigan. Washed car, cleaned headlights with water and microfiber, and did two pases orange pad using 3” Adam’s Orbital Polisher,, followed by 2 rounds of white pad. Each round was used at a speed 5, light pressure, making sure not to overheat the plastic, and cleaning off with microfiber before proceeding to next round. At the end a coat of Chemical Guys Jet Seal applied
Excellent. Pad dependent, non-diminishing , non dusting and a long cycle time. Wipes off with ease. Play with it until you find your sweet spot.If scratches are way deep or color sanding 600-1,200 start off with a heavier cutter then finish off with the I-n-Done. You will love the results...especially on black. Single stage? No problem. Dead synthetic? It's not a miracle cure but if there is any life in anything it's gonna make it sparkle!!
I bought a bottle of this after watching many reviews on YouTube pertaining to many polishes. I got a DA polisher for Christmas, so I needed products. I used it today for the first time on a 2021 Mercedes Benz that had a shopping cart run down the side. Paired with a Chemical Guys Orange pad, this stuff cleaned up the scuff in no time. It has no dust, no sling, and wasn’t difficult to wipe off. It was a nice warm day with high winds, which was drying out the polish quicker than expected. So far I love this stuff and was honestly super easy to use.
This was my first time using any sort of compound and it was fairly easy to use. My experience has me wondering if I did it properly or used the proper applicator as I'm sure many others are having similar thoughts or experiences from the bad reviews I read. The thing is that everyone applies these products differently and may or may not give you the same results. I personally used microtex microfiber scratch removing towels which may or may not have been good for this product (Got absorbed into them sort of but still did a great job). Like I said this is my first time so I couldn't tell you if the towels were making it hard to apply or my experience. I will consider using other applicators or maybe a machine next time and see the difference. BUT I will say this. I had many swirl marks on my car and BY HAND I was able to remove roughly 80% of them. Also provided an awesome shine which I followed up with spray wax from turtle wax which made it twice as good and beautiful. So for the bad reviews... Yes this product is a bit runny and can get absorbed into the towel and yes you may need to try a different application method But the product is actually really good and I loved it for my first experience. Thank you turtle wax!
I just fell short of pro product on a big paint correction job so I needed something fast locally. I reached for a bottle of this which sits up against the well rated Meguires Compound which has been around for decades. The concept is great where you use different pads for different levels of cut and can be used as a one step compound and finisher. I could directly compare this to the pro grade Carpro Ultracut which performs perfectly. The Turtle wax unfortunately fell short in the cutting department even with pro grade Microfibre pads for the heaviest cutting ability. The claim it can buff out 1500 grit sandpaper is a stretch, it would take 3-4 rounds of product, E/W/N/S passes twice and a wipe downs to achieve this. You will find this a great 'all round' product for lightly weathered cars, for neglected 20 somethings you will need much more aggressive so it can be an inefficient product cost wise.Pluses includes it smells really nice to work with, no sling or dusting and easy buff off.
This worked like a charm. My car had been hit in a small area where it left a dent and paint residue. The only way to get the paint off was to rub it out with a extremely fine grit pad. It lifted the paint but left tiny hairline scratches. The dent however was too small to do anything about. Anyway, I waxed the car and it still had some tiny scratches that would glisten in the sunlight. Then I learned about this product. I used as directed, dabbing a pad and rubbing it in. Then I buffed it and poof - all the scratches were gone! This works! Did not have to use any elbow grease. Nothing. Just applied and used a buffer on one of the smaller settings.
