Honestly, I don't use my snorkel much but this one was money well spent. Ended up running my tank dry early on a drift dive down a river and had to snorkel the last leg. The mouthpiece (which usually I hate) was almost as comfortable as my mold-able regulator mouthpiece! Also, it comes with the quick attach keeper which I love, because when I'm not using it I can fold it up and stick it in my BC pocket.

Purchased for a snorkelling holiday. Impressed with the prompt delivery. The snorkel proved to be very effective at not allowing any water in. Occasionally when you lift your head from the water the air flow is blocked, but it wasn't a major problem. One of the reasons I chose this item was that it is supposed to have a smaller than average mouthpiece, but although it was comfortable on an initial test, once attached to the mask it would not sit square in my mouth and rubbed the gums on one side. I think this was because the bendy bit of the tube was too long for me; it prevented lowering the mask clip down to where I needed it to be.Presumably it would fit other people better, depending on their face shape and size.

Bought this to replace my trusty old Tusa snorkel I have used for years. The purge valve works brilliantly, which is why I updated from my old snorkel. If you want an effortless snorkle experience with zero breathing issues, this is as good as you will get. Great quality snorkel!

Dry Snorkel
17 January 2018

Bought it for my non-diving wife. Tested it for myself during the dive trip. It is dry. It does work well. The top valve(s) does not stuck as I was afraid of. Light and flexible. Although it is not a crucial problem, it is designed as a one side snorkel - should be on the left side of the mask/head whereas I used snorkel on the right side for decades.Good product. Great price at LeisurePro.

Easy order , no hassle
15 December 2022

All straight forward. No hassle. I bought 4 snorkels , the grandson chose his colour and I have returned the other 3 and not expecting any issues with the return as goods returned in unopenedpackaging. Prices also competitive which is what attracted me in the first place. Happy to recommend

Lost at sea
15 December 2021

What a great snorkel! Unfortunately, my husband lost his the first time he used it. The clip that came with it was useless. As he was walking out of the water he noticed it was gone. So sad. It was our first day of vacation. I had a different clip with me and was able to switch mine before mine got washed away too. It was a pleasure to use!!

Restricted Airflow
12 September 2023

I used this snorkel for only a few minutes and realized it is no good for spearfishing, or any extensive snorkeling. Yes, it keeps the water out, but the airflow is restricted. When you come up from a long dive, you need max airflow, and this snorkel does not allow that. This dry snorkel would be good for a beginner who stays on the surface or does not go below the water for more than 10 seconds at a time. I will stick with my Aqua Lung Impulse 3 snorkel.

TUSA Hyperdry Elite II Snorkel Review - Scuba Gear Reviews
26 October 2018

Just got back from the Dominician Republic and used it for the 1st time. I have many snorkels and I even paid much $$ for a Super Dri snorkel which when I swim lets water into my mouth. This TUSA Hypergry cost less than 1/2 the price of the Super Dri but it works twice as good! It fits in my mouth and is super comfortable. Love you cant go wrong with this snorkel!!!

Works great

Top never let in water in. To find out how water clears out of the lower end; I removed the mouthpiece under water to flood it and test how easily it cleared. Look slightly down and the water cleared completely. Only thing I would change is to have a removeable mouthpiece.
