I bought these in rose gold while out of town, since I forgot my stainless pair. These rose gold ones are terrible- IF I can get it to grab the hair, it just breaks it off instead of getting hold of it so it can be pulled out. I can't believe this is a Tweezerman. I have the same problem with the rose gold slant tweezers I just bought. Not sure if the quality is poor or if it has to do with the rose gold color on top of the stainless tips.

I purchased these to replace a pair of point-tip stainless steel tweezermans. These rose gold ones are not nearly as effective at removing hair as the stainless steel version. The inside of the tips are VERY sharp, so instead of simply grabbing the hair, it is cutting it off instead of removing it. Really unfortunate, as now I have little hairs that will need to grow in more before I can remove them. Sigh. These will be returned to the store and replaced with the stainless steel version.

If you're like me, you're probably reading this to decide between these or the slant tweezers from tweezerman. I've had the slant ones my whole life. They are fabulous. So I decided to give these a try. Maybe they could grab hairs smaller and shorter than the slant ones. Sadly, they cannot. They are too sharp and break off every single hair so short that there's no hope in grabbing it so I have to wait 2 days to try again. Stick with the slant tweezers.
Bought this and an eyelash curler for my daughter as part of her 30th birthday in quarantine celebration. Said as a full time working at home mom of a 17-month-old (even before COVID) whose daycare has been closed, she really appreciated getting some quality cosmetic tools. Also said she was still using her eyelash curler from high school, so that was also a winner. My only disappointment was no way to include a gift card/message. I wanted it delivered directly to her, but not tell her in advance.
Tweezerman used to be the best brand and worth the money. This pair of tweezers is horrible. I can hardly grab a hair with them. I ended up buying another pair the same day. Cheap quality for an expensive price.
I used to buy pointed Tweezerman tweezers for years, but as the years went on they gripped less and less. They were so expensive, but I would buy one pair a year. Then I got fed up when they didn't last as long, so I went out and bought the Revlon red ones with slanted black ends. I think the ends are made of ceramic if I remember right, but they grip way better and I am still using them with great results. I will continue to buy these from now on instead. Mine are now about 6 months old and still working great.
I've been trying to reach someone for several days about these tweezers I bought back in September 2022. They are already dull (Feb 2023). I went to their link to set up the sharpening but saw in the fine print that the rose colored tweezers are not eligible for this service. Such a total waste, they barely lasted 6 months. I've sent a couple of messages trying to get in touch with customer service and several days later it's still crickets. I'd expect better customer service with these prices.
Bought the rose gold point tweezers and the point tweezers ultra precision. The rose gold at least pulled 2 out of ten hairs while the precision wouldn’t pull any. Rose gold were slightly more pointy but still not that pointy. I’ve been buying pointy tweezers from this company for many years. Pointy in the past were so sharp, I sometimes hurt myself by accidentally stabbing a finger while handling. No worries with these. Attempted to return rather than leaving a less then glowing review but could not reach anyone telephonically and received an error while trying to complete a “return” on line.
its hit or miss with all tweezers as you all know. even the exact same style and brand differ greatly. this particular tweezerman gold point tweezer is the best yet. the points are exactly aligned. so this one is a hit.
