I love it's design and it's portability to take with my MacBook Pro. It works best with a separate keyboard as there is some slight shake when using the MacBook keyboard; probably my heavy fingers. The inclusion of a carry bag is a good idea which encourages it's portability.

The curve flex is amazing. The fully adjustable riser means that it is truly ergonomic - you can place it where you want. The only flaw in the product is the carrying sleeve, which would be improved by having a flap to protect the Curve Flex. There is always a part of the Curve Flex peaking out of the sleeve, risking being scratched in transit.

This is the perfect set up when traveling and working from friend's or, hotels, and of course, home base.Elevating the MacBook, allows using the same footprint when using a keyboard and mouse, with better posture. For me, unfolding took a bit of energy, and I think you will need to loosen hinges to raise to the full extension. The out of the box height achieved when raised was good. I have not extended it to a higher level, and I have not adjusted the hinges. It is nice to know you can, if needed.When folded, it is compact and fits in with all of the supplies needed to work from anywhere. The travel case included will prevent scratching.

Bought this on a whim. Thought it might be something I'd like. I absolutely love it. I couldn't be happier. It is fairly steady when typing (there is a little monitor shake but it is minimal). It's so nice having the MacBook Pro screen at eye level. I do a lot of music mastering on my MacBook and this is going to make working it so much nicer.Thinking about buying a 2nd one for my work laptop...
It's OK. Looks good. Open design underneath for cooling seems logical. I like that it can be folded flat for storage when not in use - the fixed versions seem to take up a bit of volume permanently. It seems pretty stable, but I am thinking it could have trouble holding its position in time, with lots of opening and closing of the stand - there's no way to tighten it - the joint tension is pre-set. My only real gripe is my MacBook Air has slipped off the stand a couple of times. The lip supporting the front of the MacBook only barely comes up high enough - about a third of the depth of the thickness of the bottom half of the MacBook - it should come up a few more millimetres for a more secure hold.
First, thanks Twelve South for such a high-quality item.There are only two negligible aspects of this stand I'd like to see improvement on for the next iteration:1) The front edge of the laptop rests on the two bent upwards edges. These edges are a little short and could benefit from an extra clip-on hook or added length as the laptop can slide off easily if bumped or tilted backward.2) I'd like the stand to raise even higher than its already fairly tall stance. One can never have enough flexibility.
Got this to be able to layer on top of a standing deck and it is perfect for that. It works for laptops and tablets, but definitely better for the laptop. I like the angle that it holds the laptop at and it gives you a way better camera angle. I highly recommend for WFH set ups.
As the daughter of a physical therapist my mother's voice rings clearly in my head every time I sit down for computer work... "Screen eye level, shoulders back, elbows at 90 degrees!" But its often hard to make ergonomic work set ups on the go. Thats why the Curve Flex is utter perfection. I never get neck based headaches when I work from cafes anymore. This is SUCH a great product! I'm so glad I found it. It has been life changing for me - I finally have a laptop stand that is super functional AND attractive. The design is excellent: being able to adjust in two directions is really great, and the ability to fold it up and put it in its travel pouch is so handy and space-saving! This is a good stand. The only issue is that it does have a limit as to how far it can open. I misinterpreted the instructions and actually opened it further than intended. I didn't damage the stand but I think that part of the setup needs to be made more clear.
