Purchased 12 covers for my classroom MacBook Airs. At least 3 keep disconnecting from the top screen protection when you open and close the top. You are supposed to clip it in or snap it in with 4 tabs. Only 2 of the tabs actually work (top ones) the bottom left and right and not large enough to actually clip onto anything. They don’t firmly connect on any of the 12 computers. I contacted support via email and have not heard back from them after a week and a half. I have not been able to locate a number for support.

The case, even after UAG's replacement is still defective. The clip does not snap in place the way it should so the case keeps falling off! And I have 2 of these cases with the same problem.UAG was so kind to send me a replacement but it's very frustrating that the replacement still has the same factory defect. I told them about it but they are asking me to go through the same process so they can send me ANOTHER replacement.So the only solution I could think was to place a paper to hold the case in place.

This case is amazing to use as it protects my Mac with ease, there are a couple of things, some of the clips are very loose as in they are easily able to snap off making me a little concerned. The clips that are loose for me is the clips next to the speakers, when I open it, if I don't open it in a specific way then the top clips next to the corners a loose and also I can easily can pull the bottom corners. That is all I have to say but overall it is great only with some minor things.

Also love the closure feature which enables it to essentially be locked and prevents accidental opens and potential spills...as long as the case is right side up of course.ConsIf it is upside down exposing the opening for air to go through, then you are out of luck. I had the misfortune of spilling water onto it and it spread everywhere. No big deal of course. The only problem I have with the case itself is the installation. It makes me feel as if I am about to break the computer itself snapping in all the contact points. other than that it is a great case that is well worth the money. I ordered the case for my computer because I travel to school a lot and Wanted something to protect my investment. I love the case it is not too bulky. The case is all around well padded but not to wear it becomes annoying. The only thing i don’t like about the case is the top part. It sometimes pops off when you open it. This isn’t that bad considering all you have to do is push it back in. The case has like a locking mechanism.
Overall I am well pleased with the design of the case and rugged “Armored” protection this item provides. I recently purchased my new MacBook Air Laptop, this is quite an investment so protecting the item was a necessity. UAG has incredible reviews, customer satisfaction is their top priority. The item, shipping and my satisfaction is top notch.

Delivery took nearly a week and a half longer than was indicated on the online information and when I received the product (which I appreciate might be COVID related - the only thing that stopped me giving this whole purchase 1-star), it didn't fit particularly well (yes, it's supposedly compatible) and it seems to be of inferior quality considering the price. I'm also underwhelmed with the AirPods case I got in the same delivery - I've already taken off the case. I won't get UAG again.
this is a great case but it DOES NOT FIT the lid of the Mac book. I have had to use tape to secure it. the base fits great and I love the fact it clicks closed. I still love the brand and the product but it feels rushed to market. wish I would have waited until the second or third revision, assuming that they revise the cases. But, I need a case to protect my Mac and trust UAG!
The product you have replaced There was some damage at the same location as the one before so I asked for a claim. I think I wasted a lot of time processing my claim. I can't use the case efficiently. The case is not attached to the device. I have to keep pushing on the case when folding the computer screen. Otherwise it will scratch the macbook completely. So now I have two inefficient cases even though I bought them directly from the website and waited a long time.
