With Power over Ethernet, you can supply compatible devices with power through the network cable. This significantly reduces cabling efforts, especially for end devices like wireless access points, IP phones, and IP cameras, while also allowing for high flexibility in placing these devices. The IEEE 802.3bt standard is also known as Four-Pair Power over Ethernet (4PPoE) or PoE++. By utilizing all available conductors for power transmission, PoE++ increases the power output to 70 to 100 watts. The idea is to power the entire workplace through the data cable, enabling energy-efficient computers with monitors and phones to operate through a single LAN cable. Ubiquiti Inc. is an American manufacturer of high-performance networking components. Ubiquiti's goal is to provide cutting-edge and easy-to-implement communication solutions for a global customer base. The company was founded in 2005 and initially produced Wi-Fi adapters for PCs. Later, the product line expanded to include devices such as Wi-Fi routers, particularly for outdoor use. Meanwhile, the company also manufactures switches and surveillance cameras. Ubiquiti products are generally characterized by their superior performance, clever mechanical design, and ease of use.

Upgraded my old USW-16-150W to USW Pro Max 24 PoE as I needed more ports and needed to consolidate several PoE devices. I must say this switch is an awesome switch. The 24 ports with PoE++ make it super easy to power and connect all my devices, including existing devices like the USW Flex, which I had used an external PoE injector for. Plus, I’m loving the rainbow etherlighting LEDs, while I don’t have the unifi thin cable - the LEDs are still quite prominent and look awesome. Overall, would recommend this switch as a great choice for anyone looking to upgrade their network with something that’s robust and fun.

This is a fantastic switch. Does exactly what it claims. Fast speeds, and the ability to identify ports using the LED lighting is a very cool and useful feature. I would recommend this wholeheartedly, and will be buying more when needed.

Love these switches. Easy to understand, setup and just solid workhorse.
Installed it and then forgot about it. Exactly what I want in a switch. I haven't had any issues.
Shopping experience was a pleasure.Fully informed of order process of every step.Delivered on time.Nobody could match them on price.Highly Recommended
As a small business I find UniFi equipment easy to setup while being robust enough to work in a business environment.
Very solid and high-quality switch. I wasn't expecting to be impressed by the ether-lighting but it's actually pretty cool. Wanted to mention that 10G ethernet between this switch and another Ubiquiti switch using CAT5 and 2 Ubiquiti transceivers works great. Very solid and seems to run full speed over a long distance across the house.
