Product came to me with a huge bulge on top, however product was unharmed. I have photos and it clearly shows how it was packaged at UGears. I work with a manufacturer of faucets and we ship out 1,000’s per day and we would never ship it out of our distribution center like this. You must use some type of insulating material and definitely don’t make the product bulge out of box your only asking for damage. Please reply and I’ll forward you the photos.

What a pleasant surprise opening this gift on Christmas Day. Great educational aspect to this model, as I'm sure is the case with all of Ugears' builds. I'll definitely be ordering a few of your other models in the future. How about adding an aircraft radial engine to your selection one of these days?

This one works really well, and is easy to put together. The rubber bands are strong, but if one breaks, it's easily replaced. And, the globe is tilted 23.5 degrees!

Precision made parts are easy to assemble and it works when completed. Advise given in a picture booklet that is both instructive and informative. If in any doubt there is a video on you tube showing full assembly. Excellent puzzle in 3D
