I am a size 11.5 normally. I bought size 12 but they are too small.Ever UGG Outlet offered to exchange if I had the original packaging, unfortunately I had already thrown this out.
The boots are very cosy, we bought them for my husband who isn’t very mobile and gets cold feet.He finds the sole quite hard and it is squared off at the edges. This can potentially cause tripping. He says that ideally they would have a zip because they are hard for him to put on. But apart from the above he is thrilled to have warm feet!
