Ordered these Ugg boots/slippers for a male with circulation problems. Initial order was the wrong size. I was able to return these goods and ordered the correct size which are absolutely perfect. These Ugg’s are perfect not only for warmth but anyone with foot problems related to diabetes, impaired circulation or other sensory/mobility issues. The service is prompt with delivery, communication with problems and following up on issues arising from the order.

Nice Uggs, I guess. Bought the dark grey ones. Maybe I'm not an UGG person. No support and a bit stiff. Clunky to walk in and easy to trip on rugs. Can't really wear them outside, except maybe for the mailbox. I gave them to my 13 year old grandson and he likes them.

I wear my uggs constantly, as I did my previous pair, within 2 months of purchase all lambs wool on the sole of the show is gone. Had to purchase lambswool innersoles. Not the quality they were. My previous uggs had a whole at the toe and only reason for purchasing new ones. They still had lambswool on the sole.
