back and forward with email correspondence does not work. prefer help line phone number. now got told i need a hard drive extra $120. need new monitor cannot connect to laptop. don't have program to set up only mini disc. Who uses mini disc any more.fighting with wife every day back and forward with emails.Now return date expired. should have gotten the swan one. not happy.....

4 camera 8ch receiver Bloody good for the price

Mate this thing is great for the price. Add a HDD and away you go. Clear enough for the price. You wont see the hair on ya face but youll know enough details to work out whos teeth to knock out. Thanks guys. Happy days. Super bright LED flicks it back to day vision and the rest of attached photo is night vision. Infrared LED for night vision has good punch. Worth the money.

Economy DVR

If you have a system where the DVR has failed. Just add HDD of your preference. This is ideal and you get two spare cameras. Great for me as two of mine had substandard video quality.

Excellent security cameras

This is the 3rd security camera system I have owned and it is excellent. Very easy setup. Great quality clear colour pictures. Very easy to set up so that I can monitor my cameras from anywhere using a free app on my phone. No problems whatsoever with this system do far. This was also great value for money. Less than half the price of similar systems in my local stores.

Great for the price

Delivery was quick, thank you. Actual cameras are plastic, no metal housing - but picture is sharp. No hard drive to record, will not accept memory stick unless there is a hard drive, so this is an additional cost. The actual app only allows 1 person to sign in as far as we can see, you can add a friend but you need to scan something - haven't reached that far to figure out what to scan (Also the app does not have a password feature to login - would prefer some security). Overall, for the price you can't complain as a Swan system is way more expensive for basically the same, (Swan has metal housing, memory stick recording and the app is a little more secure)

Great quality. Plug & play straight out of the box

Great 1080p HD quality with multiple viewing options dividing the screen in 1, 4, 8 or nine CCTV camera portions. Double-click to zoom your selected camera to full screen then, if need be, drag your mouse over the image and click to totally zoom in. The Infa-red is like having a spotlight mounted to each camera although the images are black & white. Plug & play straight out of the box. The free Danale app for your smart phone allows you to position each camera perfectly live whilst still outside and it allows you to talk via CAM01 to anyone at your front door whilst you view them, live. Must be connected to the internet via mobile data or router for the smart phone features. I already have recommended this product, in fact this purchase is for my good friend/neighbor.

Poor picture quality

Picture quality is very poor, nothing like on the add. Program is poor and cant really do anything with it. I wouldn't buy again. spend more money and get a known system.

Ul-tech 8channel cctv

The DVR unit and cameras work good with the setup and installation straight forward. The only issue we find is with the remote access; with the PC I can connect from home or outside while the mobile app we found to be useless even at home. Once you logoff the mobile app and relogin it won't even allow you to reconnect to cameras, you need to constantly re-add the devices. I would recommend the product if they fix their mobile app.

Unbelievable cheap price with strong porformance

Exceeded my expectations for such a low price. I have always used Swan systems. I noticed only a reduced camera view width, also cameras are cheap plastic construction. One star off for the reviews that say the app dosnt work, didnt try it but for that reason

User friendly, value for money

This is my first security system, Value for money Easy to install Clarenty of picture is excellent in day lite, limited at night, added solar serciety light to compansate. One thing I'd say. Must be supplied with the correct hard drive as a kit, I was fooled thinking it came with one. But even so. A good unit all together so far.
