It has an impressive charge time I had a good 5 hours out of it. before it needed charging which is done by lifting a little flap at the back and inserting the included micro charger. I love that it's small and easy to move about wherever you are, I have used it in the bathroom as it is waterproof, the kitchen, and taken it to the studio to use for ballet class. You can create a playlist on your phone using the usual platforms and then add it to the Ultimate Ears App which you need to download during set up and ... The sound quality is great, with the standout feature being the spatial audio which really adds to the experience. It is certainly loud enough, I have not felt the need to use it over 50% volume as that is plenty for me. The battery is really long lasting and it's great that you are able to check what level of charge it has both on the speaker itself (by holding the plus and minus buttons) and in the Ultimate Ears Boom app.Set-up was absolutely seamless and was simply a press and hold to enter pairing mode and I was instantly able to connect my phone. I bought this for my teenage daughter and she loves it. It was easy to pair using the Bluetooth and the app and has loads of great features.The size and light weight makes it portable plus it fits on her side table so it’s perfect for a teenager’s room.The volume is great- can be loud and won’t distort with excellent clarity, tone and balance.It’s got a long battery life so you don’t have to constantly remember to recharge.Best of all it’s a combination of stylish and robust. These speakers come in beautiful colours yet they are also practical being waterproof, dust proof and shockproof so they are protected from knocks and splashes.They are definitely worth the money - this one is set at a great price point- and I would recommend this speaker.
