I wear these shorts as a base layer when working out at the gym and for fitness classes where there are quick movements and jumps. Everything stays in place while not making movements restrictive. The shorts are comfortable and I like the "UA" decal placement. Definitely adding more colors and styles of the UA Compression Shorts to my workout gear.

Fantastic compression short. My first UA compression short in more than a decade and what an improvement over the old ones. They feel light while offering good compression and breathable which is really nice in hot humid conditions. I wasn't sure how useful the pocket would be but it's fantastic. No more phone bouncing around in a loose pocket. They're very comfortable, no chaffing. I'm 5' 10", 175lbs and the fit is very good.

I've tried a few different styles of UA compression shorts and these are probably my favorite out of all of them. They fit great and are very supportive and comfortable. They stay put exceptionally well - no bunching, pinching, riding up on your legs, or folding over at the waistband. They also didn't feel hot even after a particularly sweaty run. So far I've ridden my spin bike and gone running while wearing them but I have no doubt they'll work equally well at the gym or for just about any other kind of workout. My son (12) is a distance runner. I’ve been searching for tights for him that have a built in pocket on the side that he can put his phone in while he runs. Super important since he runs by himself, that way he can call me in case of an emergency and so that we can track where he is. He’s tall and skinny so it’s hard finding clothes that will fit him good. The mens small fits him PERFECT!!! Having the side pockets eliminates the need for him to have a run belt (which he hates). I just wish there was a pocket on BOTH sides, not just the right side. The material is thick enough so he can wear them alone (no loose shorts over it) without it looking inappropriate. Hugs in all the right places and is not see through. These are his go to run shorts.
The cycling bibs and shorts that I wear while riding provide the benefits of muscular compression. I decided to try compression shorts while playing pickleball and appreciate the same benefits. They were very comfortable during play and between games. I had no issues wearing them under my regular shorts.
Ive used under amour spandex for years. this iteration is NOT IT. the sizing is totally off. I've been wearing XL for years. the XL is way too big and offers zero support to your crotch region. The seams are sewed in a terrible location. It rubs against your inner thighs painfully. These are suppose to PREVENT chafing, but these ended up causing more chafing!
I bought two pair of these in different colors, to wear under looser gym shorts.The fit? Great, not too tightThe comfort level? Excellent, something I don't always say about compression gear. The material is also quite light.Added plus? The pocket on the inside, handy for holding my phone.
I like this product because of the pouch. And comfort is great. My only complaint tho is this pair of shorts are not squat proof. Material at the butt is thin and can be sheer under certain lighting. I'm not sure if I will wear this for leg day or squat day. I hope UA will make their products squat proof in future. Also from a design perspective I think it would be good to add a middle seam at the back to prevent mono butt.
Throughout the spring and summer, I have been upgrading my workout clothing and shoes. I purchased 10 sets of clothing and wanted to use the heat gear for this summer. I originally purchased 3 pairs, but, since then, I have brought 12 pairs. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly. I basically purchased every color available that were in the Under Amour outlet stores.
