I buy these frames regularly for my artwork but out of the last 18 I've purchased, 10 of them have had chips on them. They are sent in the box directly from the supplier and it doesn't look like they are opened or inspected by Officeworks at all. It's a shame because apart from the high damage rate, these are actually really good frames.

Bought a few of these and I haven’t even hung them on the wall and the corners came apart. As mentioned in many reviews the corners are held by small filmsy metal. Cheap build, these won’t last long. Quite disappointed

We recently hung this frame on our wall, we attached picture framing wire and made sure it was secure. Returning home from work the frame had comepletely broke and landed on the floor. The wore attachements had come apart form the frame and the frame broke when it fell. Very dissapointing.

Bought two of these to hang a couple of posters up. The saw tooth hanger on the back of this was too deeply set into the frame for it to sit on the hanger and thus, fell. The second one I tried hanging with hanging strips and it fell as well. Both frames broke very easily. The corners are very weak, the wooden frame also feels very weak. Feels like a waste of money now having bought two and being unable to use either.
I bought this frame a few months ago, and it feels cheap and very flimsy.Within a week the frame broke from the corner, it just split.I super glued and tapped the corner together though after another week the other corners split and the frame slid down the wall.Don't buy this, I wish i read the reviews before.Very disappointing - waste of money
A great frame for the price. It looks excellent on my wall and placing the artwork inside is a smooth process. The tabs holding the back in place are easy to manipulate and are sturdy enough to keep everything in place. The frame comes with a clear film on the front, so make sure to peel it off before putting your artwork in.Overall, I'm very happy with this frame and will most likely return for more when I inevitably purchase more artwork.
Had this poster Holden sent me years ago before they shut down sitting in a post pack tube. Asked the wife for a frame for it for Father’s Day, and it looks great. The oak finish looks authentic (I was worried about the quality from the one and only other review here, however looks like old mate didn’t read the instructions and possibly didn’t use the screws provided to screw the backing to the frame) anyway, I’m happy with it.
I bought this frame as it seems to be the only one in the market for this size that is readily available, however like other reviews have pointed out the quality is absolutely shocking. It’s a very light and cheap feeling “wood” that is held together in the corners by two screws which come apart as you unwrap the protective film from the frame / handle it at all. It also does not come included with any hanging wire so if you’re really desperate and buy this, keep that in mind. It should also be noted that because the frame is so flimsy in build quality and material, as the joins come apart it damages the finish on the frame, cracking the black surface as it rubs against itself. No surprises but I returned the product due to this.
After a short period of time, the frames warped as though too heavy for frame but all I added was a paper poster. Had to remove from walls and it happened with all sizes I purchased.
Officeworks stop selling this product. Pretty much like every other negative review. This frame has about as much structural integrity as a house made of straw. Didn't even have to breathe on it for it come apart at the edges. It managed that all on its own. It stayed together for an entirety of 6 mins before it came apart and fell off the wall.
