The product description state the racks are Universal however the racks were a complete waste of money and are incompatible with all three vehicles we own. Universal implies a product will fit any and all make/model of vehicle (i.e. they are adjustable in some way)

Its not really universal. The 3 sets of bracket that came along didnt fit my car. Had to make a few modifications so make it work but still not the best fit.

Item was exactly what I was looking for. Strong construction and plenty of information to install. The additional securing clamps were also excellent as it gave me options to attach to my vehicle.

For the money you can't go wrong. In the middle of a 2600km trip with the kayak on top and they have been good. Had to make some minor adjustments to the shape of the brackets but I would expect that from a universal system. For what I need I won't be spending 5 - 6 times the price for the big name roof racks ks again.

They are very good value for money and they have three different lengths of brackets to secure to your vehicle that make mounting a breeze. Very happy customer.

A cheap Chinese product not fit for purpose.

The roof racks supplied to me actually fit on to the roof but to tention them up to a tight & safe fit is impossible. I have tried all the 3 different brackets supplied. When you think you have them tight enough a few small shakes with your hand loosens the whole fit. You then re tighten again with the same result. I have a 2002 Nissan pulsar Sedan. They claim to be a universal fit. It's poor engineering. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Beware universal fit

Got one of these for my i30 - instructions were poorly printed but its easy enough to work it out. It relies on the car frame having a reasonable area that the bracket can fit into around the door frame. In the case of the i30 none of the brackets worked well - either too small or too large, and the frame around the door didnt have enough of a lip on it to enable it to be secured properly. As such it "pops off" whenever you try and use it.

Universal fit doesnt mean every car

The three bracket sizes that come in the pack are a good idea, but there is very little adjustment that can be done if they don't fit your car! I tried these on a Hyundai i30 and none of the brackets worked well - all "popped off" when used on the front doors.The product itself seems reasonably made although the instructions were poorly printed.

I was avoiding making this complaint, but after waiting 1 month I have no other option.I hope that this message will serve to receive some kind of interest from the company. After waiting so long, I don't want the item, just my money back
