I bought this paper under the recommendation of Officeworks staff, that it was the best they had, in the absence of Reflex. Paper jams and tearing constantly - it does not feel like 80gsm.

Continually causes the printer to "jam" when there is no jam. Requires constant attention to the printing wasting alot of time.

When fanning out new ream of paper puffs of white powdery stuff wafted from it. About 1/2 way through ream printer started saying paper jam but no jam, but got printer going again no problem. About 3/4 way through ream printer said no A4 loaded in that cassette. Printer still worked from the 2nd A3 cassette, just the A4 one wasn't detecting paper. Rang Epson and they recommended I get it serviced, but then I realised all the A4 cassette rubber pick up rollers had white powdery film on them and weren't gripping the paper, so cleaned them with a damp cloth and now working perfectly. Some pieces of paper had a fine residue over them, but most seemed to have no issue, just enough to transfer residue to printer rollers over time. Not sure if just a bad batch for this ... MoreWhen fanning out new ream of paper puffs of white powdery stuff wafted from it. Just be aware that this is the simple solution I found that worked to get things going again if you do happen to have this issue.

Visited Officeworks to purchase a ream of Reflex and was told they don't carry it in store anymore. Purchased a ream of UPM Office paper as that is apparently the Reflex replacement in store. Using the UPM paper, scanning batches of work timesheets became very frustrating as 2 or 3 pages would be pulled into the scanner feeder at a time, meaning I would have to try and fan and separate pages over and over again to get it to go through the scanner. Reflex NEVER did this! Went online to my Officeworks account and purchased 2 x boxes of Reflex copy paper as I wasn't sure how long Reflex would be available online. Officeworks need to go back to Reflex instore as UPM is a poor replacement.
Bought this rubbish last week - because Officeworks did not have boxes of Reflex printing paper for delivery when I ordered. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THIS PAPER, IT IS ABSOLUTE CRAP QUALITY & CONSTANTLY GETS STUCK IN THE PRINTER because it is so thin. I doubt very much that it's even 80gsm as claimed. I have spent half my morning having to take out stuck pages every 30 seconds. DISGRACEFUL that Officeworks would actually sell this rubbish - they should be giving it away for FREE and even then it wouldn't be worth it because you spend half your day having to fix the jam in your printer. Officeworks should REFUND every customer who's bought this rubbish
Terrible quality paper. Jams the printer or prompts it to say no paper. And I have a nice printer too, not a cheapy.Don't buy. Really annoying when I was on a deadline and this is all my local officeworks had in stock
This is not an alternative to recycled paper. This is virgin paper. What happened to Officeworks green credentials. This seems like greenwashing to me. FCS labelling is proving to be worthless in the fight against deforestation.
This paper is horrendous, keeps ripping tried in different printers and it is unmanageable to print anything.i had changed settings on all printers to suit the paper and still rips.Kyocera & 2 different HP printers it all rips.absolutely do not recommend.
Reflex made a huge name for itself marketing itself as the paper you could rely on. Paper that doesn't jam and doesn't curl. Reflex was different. Reflex was better. In recent years, most paper manufacturers upped their game and there wasn't much difference between Reflex and other brands.Enter UPM Office and they are doing everything they can to remind people why Reflex is better after all. This paper is by far the worst paper I've used in over 20 years. Whilst not experiencing paper jams reported by other users, the curling is absolutely horrific! The output tray of our printer can handle over 250 sheets, but with this paper, the curling is so bad that it's full after 10 sheets. The paper almost completely curls around on itself 360 degrees and comes out of the ... MoreReflex made a huge name for itself marketing itself as the paper you could rely on. This paper is absolutely terrible, you cant print more than a few papers at a time before it jams. When printing with this paper we waste at least half because it will be stuck in the printer. Absolute joke and waste of money. When I asked office works they didn't care and told me it was the only option unless I pay more than double.
