The scratches wouldn't be such an issue if the case itself wasn't so expensive where I could buy another one in 4-6months.

I purchased this item and received something different. I contacted y’all and you sent out the correct item but without the magnet option. I then purchased another of the same case with the magnet. I am still awaiting this item. I also purchased the UAG charger but never received that either. The quality seems to be ok, I think they could have taken more of the hard squared off corners out as well as a little more grip on the edges. Unfortunately my trust in this company is just about gone.
I have been using UAG cases and accessories for a long time now. The products that they make are really the best out there! The phone cases are a prefect fit and the protection they give is great! You can have your peace of mind that your phone is very well protected from accidental bumps and falls! The magnet that they use for their pro series does not affect the S-pen unlike other magnetic cases for the s24 ultra. This is already my 5th UAG case I bought for my S24 ultra. Definitely highly recommended case! Let me add that making an order is super hassle free and their shipping method is one of the best! Thank you and til my next order!
I have been very disappointed with this order. I ordered the case a month ago because I have bought UAG products before and rate them as the best covers you can buy. However, this time the cover did not arrive and the last time I received feedback regarding its progress was 30 days ago. I will not buy from the website again which is very disappointing as I love the brand.
I will only buy URBAN ARMOUR GEAR! My last phone could not find one for my phone. I had another brand and my phone screen cracked twice andruined my camera. I was so excited to find you had one the fits my new phone Galaxy s24 ultra! NO issues like in the past. I did coddle my phone the 1st 5 days bc I had to order online store didnt have. That was the worst part of my UAG experience. It covers the front edges which helps with impact on marble and tile and asphalt.
I always exclusively use UAG cases as they are obviously the best on the market. This case is no exception. Only one improvement I would like. I wish they made the cases with a sticky rubber layer at least on the outside instead of a smooth slippery plastic. I like the rubber because it sticks in your hand and also set it on the dash of the car and it will stick there. Otherwise great case cheers!
The protection is certainly very good, but the case feels very "cheap." The main button of the S24 protrudes too far due to the protective case, too far for my liking. Therefore, I am deducting two points for these reasons. Unfortunately, the magnet on the back, meaning the MagSafe function, affects the performance of the S24's wireless module, so I cannot use the case. However, this is not UAG's fault.
