I don't know what I expected but it's not very good. Even with high quality batteries it seems to slowly get up to full power when switched on; it doesn't just click on straight into full power ready to go. Cleaning the hair out of the area around the blades is also super frustrating there doesn't seem to be an efficient way to get it all clear. Ultimately it can help trim and maintain your hair but there are probably better options out there. I wish I could return it for a refund but I understand that there would be hygiene concerns and whatnot.

Blades not working properly
Great for the price for a battery operated trimmer. Cuts a little shorter than expected as am used to using a larger trimmer.
Unreliable and does not cut hair very well
Would not recommend had to make adjustments just to get it to work ,then doesn't do a very good job
Not strong enough to shave normal head of hair, waste of money.
