This is so good for anybody, especially people struggling with fungal acne. This does a good job at moisturizing (I have very dry/flakey cheeks and slightly oily nose and forehead). To describe the texture, it feels like an incredibly dense lotion, so much so that you should pat it in your skin instead of rubbing the cream, because it will tug too much. Overall, this is a great choice for people with sensitive, dry/dry and combo skin who want a no frills moisturizer. An added benefit is that it is fungal acne safe, which is what made me purchase it in the first place.
