Be warned, these are inedible. The can makes them look nice, but you aren't getting long rectangles slices of carrot-textured bamboo shoots, but instead you'll get round water-chestnut style pieces that also have the texture and taste of water-chestnut. If you enjoy the taste of bamboo shoots in your Asian meals at your local restaurant then you won't recognize what the hell this "stuff" is. Very disappointing.
