Another great pair of slip on Vans!! I will say they do need to make more slip ons . They're always so unique their designs or adorable. I always get compliments. The only complaints I have beside not making enough slip on. Is that kind of slip off the brake pedal when it'sWet out , common in Florida!! I loved every pair of my slip ons

I have many pairs of Vans and love them. They all fit great! But these pair have a problem. The left shoe is smaller than the right. I'm sure I ended up with a defective left shoe bc the right one feels perfect. But with not expecting this defect, I wore them all day at work, so am unable to return them now.

We are Vans customers for years, because of the great quality and cool designs, both shoes and clothes that can be worn ever where and for years. Love checkered slip-on Vans and have for years. The only thing I hate is breaking them in. They are rough to break in on the heel. But once they are past that point, they are super comfortable. Always just order in your regular size and it will end up perfect. I ordered these in both the thyme green/white and bronze/white and got them on sale (woo hoo)! Purchased on here after trying to purchase on the Vans site - which had no sales going on, didn't have much stock/variety and they randomly cancelled my order two days later with no apology or compensation, they just didn't "realize" they were sold out. So luckily I found what I was looking for here. Back to the colors...the thyme green I would say is a dark grayish green, but it's a cool color. It looked pretty ... The bronze however looked more of a neutral-tan/ orangey/light brown color in the photo, which was what I was hoping for, but it is actually a dark gold with sparkles, so that surprised me. I never go by the names because Vans can call it whatever they want and it doesn't always make sense to me, but I'd say the photo was definitely a little off and I would have preferred something with no sparkle. However, I didn't want to go through sending it back and gold is still kind of a neutral that I'm sure I'll wear. It just looks dark brown from far away and you have to look close or hit the right lighting for the sparkle. Overall I know I'll be happy once I break them in. Would rather purchase from here from now on than Vans.
One year later and I am buying AGAIN only because they're kids and naturally their shoe size increases every year! The shoes are intact. A little stained but over well standing. They use these for school, to walk Disney parks, adventures, nature trails, to go out, and so on. Our favorite because the Slip On design makes getting ready so easy and the pastel color looks so good with all their clothes. So i went ahead and bought new ones, this time I bought them pastel purple. On IG page @DahliaandEmma you can see that they wear them all the time. It's about time VANS sponsored us since we love these so already!
I bought these shoes for my Vans-loving son. He usually gets them in the black on black, but he saw the royal blue ones and really liked them. The fact that they were on sale was a huge bonus. I probably wouldn't have bought them if they weren't. The quality seems really good and the fit seems true. And they come in such a wide range of colors. He kept going between the royal blue and black on black ones, which he has worn to shreds! He loves them and we will definitely buy them again!
Bought 2 pair at the same time. Blk cozy slip-on and the Blk MTE mid-slip. Received email that the cozy slip-on was ready to be picked up at my local VANS store in the mall. The mid-slip would be sent to my intended destination. The 1st pair I picked up had nothing that would indicate it was a new shoe. Just thrown in the box. No paper stuffing and wrinkled creases. My guess is free shipping means you may be required to pick it up at your local mall so VANS can save in gas
Thank God you guys FINALLY decided to make the rubber sides on this leopard shoe in BLACK! I've bought like a dozen white rubber sided leopard ones and hate scrubbing them every week. I just bought 2 pair of these black rubber sided ones and will be buying more. Thank you Steve. You've been great to our skateboarding community over the decades. I've been wearing vans since 1976 and wear NOTHING ELSE !!! Even with my suits !!!
My granddaughter bought her first pair of Vans 2 years ago. She loves them so much; she insists on wearing them constantly. They held up very well, but let's face it no shoe can survive that amount of snow, rain, mud & fun. They were pretty much filthy & tattered. Luckily, we found the exact shoe in her size. We also bought one a half size large, so they would be available when she out grows her current pair. Neutral color complements both dresses & jeans!
Every pair of Vans I ever buy is an 8.5, so I didn't think anything about it when buying these. But oof, these are tight. I have worn them a few times and am still breaking them in. I think because they are not typical canvas, they are more snug that usual. Other than that, I love them and have gotten many compliments.
