These shoes freakin Rock. I had other may of pairs of ultra ranges, these neo are the bomb. The sec l put them on l worned them all day. These shoes have unique look that isn't duplicate of other styles or material of the other brands.They are xtreme comfort with the utmost style. So please don't hesitate and treat ur feet to awesomeness. BTW l rock mine with midi and maxi skirts. Either working all day in them and going out in them they are your goto shoe.

Love Ultra Range shoes. Had purchased two pairs before this. First time I've experienced a quality defect, which now makes a bit of sense since thinking something was off because shoe laces were not same length. Looked a bit closer this weekend and noticed that the last shoe lace hole on right shoe was not aligned correctly. This makes the right shoe uncomfortable to wear when laced all the way up. So, two marks against Vans! First, laces are two different lengths; neither is correct as the short one I can't tie correctly and the other waaay too long. Second, lace hole placed in incorrect position. Now I know why they were discounted. Vans shouldn't discount a poor quality shoe, in the "Friends & Family" deal concept. I have owned vans my entire life. Have gone through so many pairs and different styles. Now that I'm older, having a comfortable shoe is more important to me than how it looks. Normal vans can definitely get my feet hurting if I wear them all day. These were the perfect solution to my dilemma and like the way they look and feel a lot more than the old schools and other ultra ranges. I love the off-white and textured sole, and the mixture of materials on the upper. Very comfortable. Super smooth to slip on and off too. I'm writing this during my first day of wear but they've really already won me over.

This is my first pair of Vans. I needed a shoe that was comfortable and has a good sole with grip. These fit my requirements. They are comfortable. I've been having some foot issues lately and these do not aggravate my plantar fasciitis. They have a good sole. I work in a warehouse on concrete floors. The sole has good grip. Plus, they are a good looking shoe (not necessarily one of my criteria). I really like this shoe and would recommend.
These shoes were absolutely perfect. Super comfortable and true to size too. After about a month in to wearing them, I started to notice signs of the mesh coming away from the suede outer material. This Given that the outer material of the shoe is made entirely of the mesh, this would mean that once it had started to come away, my foot would essentially be exposed. I was not impressed, however, Vans have agreed to refund me (despite ordering these 6 months ago) and I am due to order a replacement pair which (from what I can see from photos online) looks to have an updated material in place of the mesh. The reason I still give these 4 stars is because I cannot fault their comfort and style.
I returned these but wanted to do a review bec they were a great looking shoe, just not right for my feet. I have 9 pairs of the mte 2s high top Vans & I always wear an 8.5 size(womens) but these were at least a half size too small. The toe box is very narrow for those like me that might have wide feet. I love my Vans bec they normally fit comfortably but not these. I'm still giving a 5 star review bec they had a solid cushy foundation & the purple color was so gorgeous. Just a fun shoe! I'd also say the heel is pretty wide bec even though my toes were packed in while walking, the heel slipped some. I have a slightly pronated(pigeon toed) gate & these gave zero support for the way my arches fell. Again, a cool shoe but wanted to let anyone w/the same type feet as me ... Rain or shine, these have had me covered. I've been the only person walking in down pouring rain, never loosing my grip and my socks staying nice and dry. Ive performed a coup in these (I'm the captain of the family now). These are perfect for walking the concrete jungle or making new trails in a forbidden forest (marriage). These shoes are my go to for everything life could throw at me. I cannot recommend these enough, and thankfully the wife said they looked good in the pictures too. Don't forget, happy wife, happy life.
I've owned a pair of the yellow/pink ones for a while and I love them, but they were getting stained at work so I got a second pair in black. The fit is exactly the same, but the laces aren't as nice. The yellow pair have thick sturdy laces with the silicone dipped ends, but the black pair just came with regular old laces. I understand vans makes slightly different sub styles of their shoes, but they should be priced differently if they're made with different materials. Still some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and a good deal when they're on sale.
These are second pair of ultrarange mte. These shoes rival Nike Hoku and all that whatever. Sure, they may be a tad snug, but after wearing them briefly they fit like a glove. The cushioning is superb and the style sublime. These are def the new classic and your to go to in any rotation. Own your style and be yourself. These shoes are great for any lifestyle. If you stand and walk around on shifts or errands and Disney World, going to Europe, and everything in between, these are your shoes.
first and foremost, i am not one to ever leave much reviews. ill say i will but never come around to it BUT for these shoes i had to ! went to Japan for two weeks where we averaged at minimum 20 thousand steps a day. Wore these shoes every single day and not once did i have any feet pain! you know that feeling of getting back to your place after a long day and having that relief of finally taking off your shoes? well with these you don't look forward to that moment because there is zero discomfort to be relieved from. Absolutely love the finger handle at the back of the shoe, when tied just right, you slip into the shoe perfectly with the help of the finger handle. Over all just a perfectly designed shoe and will definitely be buying for years to come!
