Vaseline Intensive Care Body Lotion Cocoa Glow 400 ml

My new favorite lotion. I order this, Cocoa Radiant Lotion for myself in the men's version. Both formula’s moisturize very well and the microdroplets of Vaseline Jelly really help to seal in moisture. These lotions quickly sink into the skin without leaving a greasy or heavy feeling behind. I like the cocoa butter scent and that it leaves behind a light fragrance on the skin without being too heavy. I find that this version leaves my skin a little more dewy and supple compared to the other. My skin stays soft all day when I use this after my shower. My skin also looks healthier since switching to this lotion.

This is my favorite lotion. I've seen a lot of complaints about the new smell, but honestly, I like it, it smells like chocolate and isn't overpowering once it's been on you for a few minutes. It feels good and hydrating to my skin, and helps with the ashiness on my elbows. I have super sensitive skin, and this does me very well. I have the big bottle with the pump, and it's way better than the mini ones. It's perfect for spring and summer, so soothing, especially after a warm shower. It's also super cozy for winter months. If you wanna smell like (non-overpowering) chocolate, get rid of some ashiness, and feel moisturized, and/or have sensitive skin, I highly recommend.

I absolutely love Vaseline intensive care cocoa lotion because it smells wonderful and is effective. Even with having sensitive skin, this lotion is perfect for all skin types. I have psoriasis and my skin gets very dry and cracked. When I apply this Vaseline lotion, it gives me relief and my skin gets the moisture it is craving. This is one of my favorite lotions by Vaseline because of how good it works and smells. It blends in perfectly without leaving any residue behind. The price of this lotion is very comparable to other lotions and is worth trying. If you haven't tried this product, I highly recommend buying it.

('22) IC: Daily Task - Vaseline is that brand! Along with Jergens, at one point were the only few brands you could see and trust on store shelves. Now on the scene is Cocoa Butter scent, which is not over bearing to me, but intense in moisturizing to nurture our skin. Handy pump or squeeze bottle. This has been used by our family for years. Vaseline knows their business and their consumer. This brand has been in business for quite some time and has many used for everything under the sun. Vaseline has elevated their brand in creating different products and are great for giving us nice smooth and healthy skin protection. It's a brand you can trust. I would recommend it to any and everyone. Found at most stores for about $4.99 and up.

I have been using this for years. Tbh it's not my favorite but it gets the job done. I have found that I gravitate towards thicker lotions and body creams because the thinner formulas soak into my skin but doesn't moisturize. I do have mature dry skin so I use what works for me. The reason I gave this rating was because when introducing familiar products to my toddlers this has kept their skin moisturized and soft. It doesn't have a strong fragrance and it's light texture gives their gentle skin exactly what's needed. They will grow up with this product just as I did.

I completely understand the struggle of having dry, sensitive skin and always reaching for products that provide much-needed hydration. That's why I absolutely adore Vaseline products, including their intensive care lotions. The cocoa butter scent is by far my favorite, and I love that it deeply moisturizes without leaving any greasy residue. After applying it after my shower, my skin feels so smooth and looks healthy. I would highly recommend this lotion to anyone looking for a refreshing boost of hydration in their daily routine.

The opposite of hydrating. Well my love of cocoa butter and new products got me to buy an aerosol can of hydrating cocoa butter moisturizer by Vaseline which I turned out to really like. So I had to have the body gel oil and this lotion to complete the set. I really liked the oil gel. I really like this lotion. It’s supposed to last for 48hrs. and have ultra hydrating lipids and cocoa butter. It feels long lasting with no greasy feel. After showering I spray some of the aerosol spray on my arms and legs then apply body lotion all over then seal everything in with the oil gel. I wake up with cocoa butter-liscious skin. There was this girl that was wearing this lotion, I asked her what perfume she’s wearing because she smelt that good and she showed me this bottle. I bought it almost immediately. I will layer this over their cocoa body oil gel. I will first use the gel over my wet skin and wait for my body to absorb it and then will follow up with this lotion or any other lotion I have at the time. If you don’t want that greasy lotion feel but want the lotion to moisturize and soak into the skin then this is for you. And it smells so good and not in a fake way. Try it, I don’t think you’ll regret it.

I've passed on this lotion so many times in the store, mostly just because I've never had great experiences with Vaseline lotion. They dry down too sticky for my liking. But this one surprisingly doesn't do that, and it makes my skin super soft, combining it with the body oil gel pictured. It's not difficult to work into the skin, it's the perfect consistency, not too watery, but not extremely thick and hard to spread around. The smell is sooo good as well, just a warm cocoa butter scent, with maybe a hint of vanilla. Love this so much already, and I will definitely buy it again!

Smell Is Off

At least the bottle is stable and doesn't tip over. The color blends into rooms. The consistency of the lotion is great, smooth, with medium coverage. But I have to give it a 2 because they ruined the smell of cocoa butter by masking it with something that smells vaguely like fruity dirt. Maybe some engineer thinks brown=dirt? No! Brown=color of cocoa bean. Gross. I'll just use it on my legs because I don't want to be smelling it up here.
