Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Moisturising Cocoa Butter 100ml

I’m an avid user of Vaseline and I will forever ♾️ be using it to help me out with dryness. This specific product is perfect for something to keep in your mag/purse if your prone to having your lips or hands dry up constantly. This has always been my go to versatile product…need to slick back a fly away or two? Vaseline. Have a paper cut? Vaseline. Burn your finger on the curling wand again? Vaseline. Chapped lips? Vaseline. It’s always in my bathroom cabinet!

This is lightly scented with the fragrance of cocoa butter. My 2 favorite uses of this is for my lips and as a base for fragrance. Vaseline is highly recommended as a base by fragrance enthusiasts. Dab some onto your wrists, behind your ears, your chest (pretty much anywhere that you spray your perfume) and rub it in. Spray your perfume on those areas. The jelly acts as a barrier as it'll prevent your skin from eating up the oils in your fragrance. I find a noticeable difference in the longevity of my fragrances when I apply this technique. The cocoa butter svebt is so light and it won't interfere with your perfume. Of course, non scented jelly does the trick as well. I could go on about this product but ill just start by saying its become a staple and go- to in my skincare routine. While its very affordable and a great amount that lasts a LONGGG time It locks in moisture and leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth. I use this product on many different things. It can be used on areas to apply before using a fragrance which helps the scent last longer while leaving your skin smooth, I use this product on my lashes and brows during my night skincare routine to keep my lashes healthy. I also love using this as a lip balm it keeps my lips hydrated for hours and works so well on areas of dry skin. A little goes a long way I definitely recommend!!

I recently bought this product because I had a bad fall and had to have 15 stitches in my face. The ER nurse recommended that I apply petroleum jelly on my wound. She said it worked at keeping it from getting infected and helped with the healing until my stitches dissolved. This is the first time I had ever used Vaseline with cocoa butter in it. Oh my goodness it smells amazing. That was kind of a bonus having it on my face. I got to enjoy a great scent while I was healing. This product is dermatologist tested. I bought this Vaseline for my dry lips and I mostly apply it before I sleep. I like the cocoa butter touch in this Vaseline - it really feels like some luxurious lip balm for actually very affordable price. It also moisturizes very good and serves its purpose. Would very recommend this product, especially if you like cocoa smell.

This cocoa butter petroleum jelly by Vaseline is hydrating and long lasting. I mostly use this during the fall and winter seasons, and my skin stays hydrated all day. Sometimes I mix it with lotion for extra hydration. The texture of the product is smooth and it has a light cocoa butter scent. A little goes a long way, so the same jar lasts for a long time.

Exotic but tread carefully.

This seemed promising due to the limited edition Vaseline at hand. However, its ingredient list upon careful review showcases unecessary ingredients namely fragrances that are known irritants that may cause contact dermatitis.While it may not everyone negatively I personally would dissuade ppl from purchasing even if it smells great and is manufactured by a trusted brand as Vaseline.I will continue to stick to the original from now on.Two stars for generous amount provided and cocoa butter. Three stars removed for potential allegens.Try to put more money into formulating without fragrance, linalool, etc rather than buzzy packaging and advertising.

The scent got to me after a while- go plain

I liked this at first. By the time I was halfway through it I couldn’t stand it and threw it out. I really tried to get through it but i couldn’t take the smell anymore. The scent stays with you for a long time and kinda changes. It tastes bad. I’ll stick with plain unscented Vaseline in the future. Vaseline is the best, I used only natural products for years but nothing beats plain old vaseline for cuticles and skin protection in cold Wisconsin winters. Plus the price is amazing. It takes so little and lasts so long. Perfect lotion if you put a little water on your hands after and rub your hands together.

Very strong smell

this works great on my dry, cracked heels, backs of hands and lips. At first I thought the smell was wonderful. unfortunately after a minute or so the smell is too strong and overwhelming. i tried it on the fine lines under my eyes. big mistake, made the skin there seem even dryer (and I put it over my regular moisturizer).Also I thought it was odd the tub wasn't sealed up in any way. there was no barrier to remove over the product. anyone could have opened it and touched it.
