VegTrug Cold Frame Classic Wooden Raised Planter Natural Medium 1.8 m
The Cold Frame fits snugly on your Classic VegTrug and provides the perfect microclimate environment to extend your growing season. It helps keep your plants warm in the colder months, increasing crop yield or simply allows the growing year to begin earlier. A spacer allows the Cold Frame to be propped open for better ventilation of fussy plants. Made of shatterproof polycarbonate and durable, 100% FSC certified wood, the Cold Frame will weather the cold just like your VegTrugs do. Can also be used directly on the ground.

If you look at picture i'ts very misleading. It looks like you get the whole item. Having spoken to manufacture they did agree and said they will change the description. I ordered two of these and had to wait in two whole days for items to be collected. Got money back in good time

The product arrived damaged and after nearly 3 weeks of trying to get a replacement i am told it will take 3 weeks for their supplier to confirm if they can send a replacement part. For a product over £200 this is completely disgraceful.

I am pleased with this cold frame for the vegtrug. Although expensive it looks very good, and my seedling have done better in it this year than they have done in previous years with a plastic cover.

I bought this to keep cats from entering my Trug. It really has done the job. I can grow my vegetables without now having to eat fresh food without the fear of toxins .
The cold frame is cheap and nasty, the joints and fittings are very poor and don’t fit together properly and given the cost of the cold frame I was very disappointed, don’t waste your money the product really isn’t worth the 180 pounds
