I have been waiting ages for this to be available in the UK again. I have seen so many rave reviews. I have to say I am disappointed, it wasn't worth the wait. Pretty much the same as any other vegan cheese on the market now. You still can't beat FYH gouda, although Applewood is giving it a run for its money.
