I put off using anything to help me lift for years. I hit a point, recently, where my grip couldn't hold up to what the rest of my muscles could handle. Lack of grip was like a distraction from the mind/muscle connection for my heavy lifts. I looked at options, found these awhile back, and finally bought in. I'm loving the difference. I followed the instructions for measurements precisely and my wrist size is 5.75" but I can barely get these tight enough because of the foam under the strap. Beyond that, it seems like the XS is the same height from the wrist to the palm and that interferes with my fingers being able to bend naturally, so I wouldn't expect that to work any better. It's my own fault for not being able to return it within a 30 day window, life is just busy and finding out if I could return it wasn't a priority. I love the concept, but until they are truly available in a size for small women who like to lift, they aren't for us.

I read a lot of reviews for these and decided to splurge and try them. Well--they are indeed a game changer for me! I've got some pain in my fingers when I go heavier and it was starting to hinder my grip for deadlifts. I've tried some other types of grips and gloves but they didn't help. These are perfect and just the right piece of equipment for me to be able to increase my weights comfortably! I followed the size chart and ordered a small. When I got them I was afraid they were going to be too small but once I actually tried them out they are perfect! I can't say enough good stuff about them!

I love how grippy they are, and I finally progressed on my RDL after purchasing them. However, I measured my wrist and bought the size small according to the size chart, and my wrists are getting totally wrecked by the neoprene cushion. But I gotta say, they do their job like no other wrist wraps ever could!
I adore my new versa Gripps. Since my grip fatigues quickly, I've found doing heavier deadlifts were limited for me. I also have been having some pain in one of my thumbs. The versa grips have allowed me to do heavier deadlifts and BB RDLs. They feel strong and I like the color variety available. I'm pretty new to lifting so these are making the experience much better.
I’m a 5’8’’ German woman with skinny wrists and strong arms. I usually wear an XL ladies glove. I think these fit perfect. I wonder sometimes if the hand leather isn’t a bit too short. Sometimes it seems perfect, sometimes i wonder if it would be better longer. I tried the manly xtreme version before the Fit. For my needs, Fit is so much better. I love them. Thank you.
For context, I’ve been using my friend’s Versa Xtremes for months before biting the bullet and buying these for myself. These seem to run small. My wrist fell right in the center of the size range for the smalls but I can barely get the Velcro closed, so recommend sizing up one on the wrist measurements. I also feel the hand portion is a little too small, even as a smaller female with average sized hands.
This is the perfect solution for grip issues with heavy dumbbells and barbells since I have tiny hands. With these I don't have to worry about the diameter of the bar; it's like a finger extender as well as grip stabilizer. Glad I got these!
So far I'm pleased with my purchase, but not absolutely loving them. While they are easier to use than straps, my cheap straps feel like more of a natural grip. However, I'm an hoping with some use the versa grips will get broken in and when some of the stiffness is gone they will provide a more natural feel.
I heard about Versa Gripps from RP Strength on YouTube, and recently got a pair of Fit grips. I like the smaller wrist straps because I can keep my Fitbit on my wrist while wearing them. They work great, I can do way more RDLs and any back exercise can be taken closer to failure because grip is no longer a limiting factor.
