Versace Blue Jeans 75ml EDT Spray

Versace makes amazing quality products. So naturally my husband and I thought this Blue Jeans eau de toilette spray would be amazing. While it is good it is not great. The fragrance is muskier than we prefer. Don’t get me wrong we like a little musk in colognes, but this is a lot! We can definitely smell the more woodsy scent notes. When looking up the scent notes that make up this eau de toilette I was surprised how many there were! Top notes are Citruses, Bergamot, Juniper, Anise, Brazilian Rosewood and Basil Middle notes are Lavender, Rose, Carnation, Heliotrope, Jasmine, Geranium, Sage, Fir and Lily-of-the-Valley Base notes are Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Sandalwood, iris, Musk, Amber, Vetiver, Cedar and Patchouli.

I remember a little bit after high school I went to I think TJ Maxx and seen this there. I believe it was the Versus Blue Jeans. I smelt this and thought wow this smells amazing and sweet! Now that I'm a little older I thought why not purchase another bottle and see what I remember about it. I'm glad I did, it's still sweet and sexy smelling as before! The top notes in this one is Citruses, Bergamot, Juniper, Anise, Brazilian Rosewood, and Basil. Heart notes of Lavender, Rose, Carnation, Heliotrope, Jasmine, Geranium, Sage, Fir, and Lily-of-the-Valley. Just do not like this fragrance. I've owned this for like 15 years now and I keep coming back and trying it to see if I like it and I just don't. Cloying and nauseating in my opinion. Does have pretty good longevity if you like the scent. There is a powdery vanilla dry down that I just don't like, and I generally like vanilla. Kind of reminds me of laundry detergent but not in a good way. Just not for me.

BLUE JEANS is another iconic fragrance of the 90s. A clash between the old school and the modern era. The pioneer of the BLUE fragrance? maybe! This fragrance has a potent aromatic load: FRESH lavender, SPICY and WOODY. It also feels FLOWERY SWEET and POWDERY. I get a tender Detergent-ish vibe. Kind of overwhelming, juvenile and playful. for casual getaway during the cooler nights of the year. Rate: 🥈

Love this fragrance. I am a diehard citrus lover. And even though I have other fragrances that have more of a citrus punch, Yellow Diamond is still a welcome addition to my citrus collection. It opens with a heavy hit of lemon, then the pear fades in and softens the citrus and the neroli adds a calmness. Then it finally dries down to a powdery the Freesia influence, amber, clean musk, but still retains the powdery, faint citrus. The amber and musk tames the Freesia, so its not too powdery and still keeps the fragrance in the citrus family. I feel even if youre not a citrus freak like me, but you like a bright fragrance, youll like Yellow Diamond. I do disagree that this is a sexy fragrance. Blue Jeans by Versace is a powdery aromatic, masculine fragrance. Overall it is a nice scent, it opens with musk, tonka and woody notes. As Blue Jeans begins to settle on the skin I get the sage and heliotrope notes. During the dry down Blue Jeans becomes increasingly floral with musk and vanilla undertones. I don't perceive the citrus notes in this very well. It is a nice, pleasant fragrance, not a wow fragrance but a standard, nice masculine aromatic scent that is reasonably versatile and suitable for most settings. Blue Jeans would make a good signature scent for daily use at work etc. The longevity is very ordinary, I get about 4 hours of longevity with mild projection. Timeless Classic

Great scent and long lasting. I mean overnight lasting. I've been wearing Blue Jeans for years and it's never let me down. It's hard to describe the scent but here goes. It's more of a woodsy / musky scent. It's not overbearing but it's very noticeable. My wife loves it and she's one of types of women that only one type of scent on a man and it's always the most expensive brand out there like Creed !!! Ha !! Anyhow, the scent stands out and it smells way more expensive than it actually is. I bought our teenage son a bottle and he loves the comments he gets from the girls. So guys there you have it, you can't wrong with this one.

Ive worn this scent for years. It is fresh, yet sensual. Very different notes and dry downs. It is light but has staying power. Have had men walk up to me to ask what Im wearing. It is a comforting scent that I wear year around, and the packaging is fantastic. Comes in a tin can beautifully decorated in red with the signature Red Jeans Woman on the front. Just a wonderful experience to use and wear this scent.
