I’ve just received my 4th order from Beauty Affairs. Their range is amazing and there is always great promotions on so I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price. I love the free samples and bonus gifts. Quick delivery and on the one occasion that I had an issue with a gift card, they fixed it up straight away for me. Love this company!

I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! They ensured that the items were as secure as possible with some butchers paper (which is very common to use) and none of the products appeared to be damaged on the packaging, they also included a freebies, which is a nice thing that did make me want to write a review since they didn't have to do that. If I ever want to gift someone, I know some cosmetic products I will be going through Beauty Affairs.
Refreshing and beautiful smell. I was glad I bought this as I had a small sample of the fragrance and it was so nice and fresh. The shower gel smells nice and your skin smells divine after using it.
I bought this body gel because of the fragrance with a sample sent with an order. When I received it and tried it on it smelled awful! I let it dry for a while to see if the smell changed and it did not. I'm returning due to the cost of this gel.
I'm so disappointed I love the smell of the perfume though the scent lasts a short time. I was hoping to purchase the Body Lotion but all I could find is the body gel. Horrible product it felt sticky on my body. I hope they come out with a lotion.
