Versace Eros Eau De Toilette Spray 100ml

I was getting tired of my small arsenal of Chanel parfums and decided to get a sample (with a Sephora purchase) of this scent. First things first: There is an Eros Pour Femme Parfum, and there is an Eros Pour Femme Toilette, now, to each his own, but there is an absolute difference between the two (at least for me.) This is very long wear, and when you first apply it; it's subtle, (unless you hose yourself with it, again to each his own.) When you've been wearing it for hours, it's still the same classy subtleness. This is a scent that's hard to describe, it's notes aren't iconic, common used scents. (minor sarcasm of course)This is a timeless scent that I truely believe all ages could wear easily, and in saying that, this is not an old lady perfume by any measure. I feel all ages, even young sugary-scent loving teenagers would potentially find this refined. I love this, and the tiny one ounce bottle was super expensive, ha! I went thru two-thirds of the bottle within a few months because I was so in love with it. I've definitely slowed down my usage and treasure it more for special occasions to make it last longer.

So this parfume smells very mature, and I can't put my finger on not one scent at all...but it smells VERY elegant. I like it a lot but in my opinion, it is only a special occasion type of parfume (thats why I rated it only 3 stars), like a wedding, a SUPER fancy dinner, prom, a light spray for a CEO job interview lmao. When I wear this I feel like a lawyer walking into court, or on my way to host the Grammy's lol. Its very mature, very elegant and VERY strong, if you spray more then twice, you will most likely get a head ache. I say that b/c I'm NOT sensitive to scent EVER, and I sprayed 4 sprays once it gave me a huge head ache, but with that said, it is good quality, it smells very nice and you only need a little so it lasts a long time.

A pretty citrus fragrance. It’s citrus, fruity and slightly woody and subtly sweet. Safe for work, crowd pleasing, safe blind buy if you enjoy citrus heavy frags. Performance is okay. Sillage is arms length throughout. Longevity is about 4 hours. Decent for the price point. On my skin this does take on a screechy kitchen or bathroom cleaner nuance for about an hour but it does fade eventually. A lot of citrus heavy frags smell like cleaner on my skin to be fair and that’s why I either avoid them altogether or test them over the course of a month (our periods alter the way frags smell fyi). This is feminine however some men can easily pull this one off. It lasts longer on clothing than skin. Reminds me of lemon gummy bears with some woodiness added. This fragrance is Stunning! Very elegant and classy. The bottle is very beautiful and packs a lot of detail, as does the box. The scent is a floral-citrus scent. It’s very beautiful and good to wear year round. It’s good for date nights, work or daily wear. I receive millions of compliments on it. The scent last on my skin for hours. Definitely worth the money.

So after some research I went to Ulta to try out the fragrances I was interested in trying and I was speaking to the clerk who has worked a lot in fragrances. After spending some time with me she said how disappointing she was that she didn’t have a tester for the Versace Eros put femme - Because after testing various other one she was convinced I would love it she told me to try to find a tester at a different Ulta location. Since I really didn’t have time to try to hunt down a tester I ended up blind purchasing the 100 ML. I have never blind bought a fragrance ever in my life as I am really way too selective when it comes to fragrances, but this was a lovely surprise she was right! I do enjoy this although I think this is more of a spring / summer scent it’s definitely a very wearable feminine sweet floral balanced well with citrus wood and musk. She comes in strong at first but settles down well with soft feminine clean aroma, that is appropriate for every day and work. Did I mention the bottle ? Love

i personally love the Versace fragrances for women and men both. Versace Eros is a favorite from their collection, and it's such a great summer scent. The EDP has a few differences from the original EDT and personally like the EDT better but this smells beautiful in the summer heat. If you're a jasmine fan then I think you'd like this. Has great notes of citrus and woods with the jasmine. Also has some pomegranate in the top notes. After awhile it's just more of a floral/woody scent on my skin but I'm a fan of woody scents. Overall this is a great perfume, recommend.

Bright & Versatile & Balanced Daily Driver!

This fragrance is my daily driver and I'm not sure I'll find anything to top it soon. I did a blind buy of this after reading reviews stating that the Eau de Toilette was a little lighter and sweeter than the Eau de Parfum. I'm glad I took the risk! The initial smell is dominated by bright citrus notes accompanied by the sweetness of berries while calone makes everything airy and crisp. Florals (magnolia, jasmine) then peek through to add a slight feminine feel, but orange blossom keeps it grounded. As it dries down, the musk and woody notes add more depth and maturity without becoming too heavy. I think this formula is really well balanced the whole way through - it doesn't ever smell sickeningly-high-school-bathroom-sweet or lose it's sunshine-esque nature ... MoreThis fragrance is my daily driver and I'm not sure I'll find anything to top it soon. Though labeled as a feminine scent, I could see anyone wearing this without a problem. The staying power when sprayed on clothes is pretty long, and it can become overpowering if you spray too much, but it does fade a bit faster on skin and needs to be reapplied within 2-4 hours. Because of its balance, I think it's very versatile; however, I'm a college student so I'm relating it mostly to my experiences. This would be fitting for class or getting brunch with friends without being too much, but can also be worn on a night out as a scent that's cheerful and easygoing. However, if I'm going to an event that's more serious or elegant, I would probably reach for something else (YSL Libre?). I think it's best for summer and spring, but again, is versatile in it's warmer notes and would be ok in cold conditions too. I might be kind of picky, but I struggle finding something that is sweet, but not sugar/candy type sweet; light/bright but not unnoticeable; fresh but not too soap-y, fruity but not fruit punch; or warm/woodsy but not too mature or at all powdery. If you relate, this might work for you like it did for me! Everyone's skin reacts differently but I think it's pretty inoffensive.

Forever My Fragrance

THIS is my forever fragrance! I bought the rollerball, Eros Pour Femme Eau de Toilette, when I smelled it in the store and instantly fell in love with it. Now I’ve order the full size spray and adore it. It’s elegant with a lighter, youthful aroma that lasts for hours. It’s not like heavy perfumes that linger in an elevator for hours making you choke. Try this and you’ll fall in love and be fallen in love with!

My favorite Versace scent!

A former friend bought this as a gift for me, which is interesting because I never would have thought this would be so wonderful. Perhaps I was a bit hesitant after working for a certain department store for a couple of years when Versace Bright Crystal was at its most popular. There's absolutely nothing wrong with Bright Crystal, but when you have to smell it all day, you grow tired of it. Anyhow, this smells nothing like Bright Crystal. It's fruity, but without with a biting edge. Softens nicely throughout the day. Doesn't make me nauseous or induce a headache. For an Eau de Toilette, it has great lasting power and silage. I have a massive perfume collection, but have received the most compliments on this one in particular.

Unique fresh fragrance

I really enjoy the scent. It is unique with its subtle lemony floral notes. I receive many compliments. However, it is extremely short wearing which is why I only gave it 4 stars. This beautiful bottle won't last very long. I do not regret adding it to my fragrance collection but wish the scent had more staying power. Please make this available in parfum.
