As this 13kg carton had to travel from Sydney to Margaret River in Western Australia, sealing it with sticky tape is not sufficient to prevent it from opening in transit. It would be best to additionally use strapping on boxes in future. This food is very hard to get in the SW of WA .. as it is the best on the market, I would like to have access to it from bricks and mortar retailers locally. Thank you for continuing to make such an excellent product.

We r having trouble enticing our 7 month old Cav Spaniel to eat these. After 2 weeks of trialling, when we resorted to adding very small amounts dried meat (ham). He will go a full day eating nothing, as only option is this kibble. This morning, we tried soaking in beef broth, presenting them at 8am. He eventually ate them at 11.45am. Any suggestions gratefully received as this kibble is expensive and we need our pup to eat them. More importantly our Sam needs his nutrients. He is 7.8kgs, and he appears to have not a skerrick of body fat in excess.

Bought the sample packs for the fussy senior rat dog to try. Introduced it with her usual food and she went straight for it! Actually pushed aside her regular food to get to the salmon kibble. For a dog that usually triple checks her food before eating, I am shocked. Let’s hope it keeps up, as well with the other flavours/types. Will report back once she’s found her favourite.
