The diagram (one page) did not cover how to maintain the motor, why the plastic screw was replaced by the stainless steel screw or what thickness of meats were the recommended thickness for best results. Also a few dents and scratched on the provided pan and the meat tenderizer attachment. Other than the blemishes and documentation this would have been a 5 star review.

Received as expected. Set up was easy. My only complaint is that the packaging did not indicate which was top or bottom, so it was opened upside down. Additionally, the manual does not say where the short hex head bolt goes. We did some searching online, it replaces the red plastic screw on top.
We received our item in a timely manner, but when it was delivered, the box was busted open on one end and the item inside was damaged. Even though the delivery company was at fault, VEVOR promptly took care of the issue after I let them know what happened.
