I have asked to send it back after having to tighten down water pump as I received the unit. As most stated packing typically comes in damaged but wasn’t a big deal. Unfortunately after having a hard time sending back the next item I bought that did not function I am nervous that if I have any further issues I will be stuck with something I can’t fix or sell seeing as returning items is seeming more unlikely each passing day as I’ve been given this endless loop of customer service with no resolve. i bought this pressure washer because of how low the price was it came within 3 days of ordering only downside is you may have to buy a new pressure washer gun because the one sent with my pressure washer blew up as soon as i hit the trigger. My other gun however works perfect with it and no problems just sad i didnt get to use the cool styled gun that came with it. other than that the startup is easy just read the manual

This thing is fire bro, half the price of a dewalt one and this was 550 versus 1200-1400$. We’ve had no issues, it’s a high quality build with lots of cool things. Quick connects are already attached, there’s an oil stick for engine oil, and a view port for pump oil. This thing has been a god send for a start up company. Only issue we have had is that the screen for the white green and red pressure tip have blown off, rendering them useless.

Great overall machine. I really like all of the products I have bought from VEVOR.com. One of the exhaust studs broke almost immediately but was readily available at Ace. Possibly could have been broken during shipping. Was able to fix and keep going. This machine is a Beast. No shortage of power. I highly recommend especially for the price. Can be hard to start if the pressure isn’t released before pulling the cord. If they only offered in electric start. Still worth every penny.
Worth every penny! I usually never write reviews but this one deserves it. The pressure is insane starts first pull every time totally blew my expectations out of the water. Paired this with a 150ft hose on a reel and it’s the perfect setup without having to drag the whole pressure washer around.
The machines great the service not so great. There’s no way to contact them and I can’t even send back via the Internet to contact Support. It never lets me submit it in the chat didn’t work. I’m still in the part. The problem I have is with the soap Extractor. It didn’t work and it leaked.
This is a very nice pressure washer. One thing I have noticed from vevor their large items they don't package well and it showed up damaged. They did eventually fix the situation on the machine. As for the pressure washer great machine engine is a bit hard to pull start so if you have a weak shoulder this is probably not the one for you. But as for power it has it and will cut through the grime easily.

Good pressure washer only problem is shipping came in hidden damage. cant say who dropped it ups or from china looks like it dropped from a high place. Frame axle and base quite bent had to remove engine and pump to straighten the badly bent frame in press, I have not tested the pressure but seems weaker to my other 4000 psi cat pump and honda I have at my business. It does the job.
