So the product came in with all attachments but after some time parts started giving out. First the arm on the press which was replaced after some negotiation. Next it fell when it was swiveled 180° and the wires were ripped out they sent me new bolts and wires with a how to on how to setup a heat press not connecting the platen wires which is the guide I needed. The company also refused to send a new platen over they would rather send me wires and bolts. It’s overall not a great buy or good buy go with a different brand and company. Make sure you have a few years warranty or just choose something different. It also almost caught on fire. Which brings me to leave a review.

The instructions need serious re-writing with illustrations. For those of you who may be wondering, set the thermostat to 105 degrees at the beginning of every cycle ... that should be the default, not 95 degrees 9the instructions do not state that). This heat press was delivered to me on 10/9/21 and I've got to use it about 10 times before the panel where it shows the temp and time went off and it quit working! I've tried replacing the fuse it came with and it still didn't fix the problem. I have contacted the seller and am waiting to hear back. It's just outside of the 30day return policy so we'll see what they do. I would not recommend buying this press by any means. Not to mention that when it came it gave instructions on how to get change from F to C but not even that would work, so the times I got to use it I had to convert it since it was stuck in Celsius. And it also claims that its a Vevor press, but the brand is not anywhere on the press or was it in the instructions! Worst purchase ever. Didn’t even last 10 uses. Purchased an extended warranty.. guess what?!? I can’t use it because I still have manufacturer warranty. Even better news? These guys had me wait 3 weeks, when I reached out for an update they wrote back “sorry we couldn’t find a replacement control box for you, we requested another one we’ll get back to you as soon as we find out more information” who in the right mind thinks it’s okay to have a customer wait 3 weeks and then tell me they couldn’t find another control box. IF THATS THE CASE SEND ME A NEW MACHINE! IM LOSING SO MUCH MONEY, I REGRET BUYING THIS LOW QUALITY BRAND!
Definitely a great buy from Vevor. The press works beautifully. Would definitely recommend buying it.The only downside is that I wished it could change from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa. If it does do it, I can’t work out how. But nonetheless it is an excellent buy.
Heat press shipped and received faster than ETA date. Right out of the box, I noticed the bottom and top plate didn't meet evenly. The bottom was crooked by about a half inch. I fixed that with a few hits of a hammer, as the bottom plate is attached by screws rather than welded to the frame.I read some reviews about the unit not getting to correct temperature. I took my thermal gun and it also measured right around 210 degrees when set at 300. However, when I put the gun right up to the top plate, it did get to 300. I'm thinking the way people tried to measure the temp was incorrect. I also took a meat thermometer, stuck it in between the top plate and heat presss pillow and closed unit. It also read at 300 degrees. I'm happy the unit works as it should.With that ... MoreHeat press shipped and received faster than ETA date. This is my first time using a heat press. I use this press for comic books. By buying two 15x15 aluminum sheets, it’s functioning more like an industrial book press. Heat is transferred very evenly and although the directions aren’t real helpful, by just trying the buttons it is easy to figure out how to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit and adjust the temperature. If you’re still struggling, just Google some user videos for this particular model. I’ve now been using the press every day for about three months. My only complaint is that the company should upgrade the maximum time from 999 seconds to the user’s choice for how long. The alarm is nice and loud when the time finishes, but the power button must be switched off manually. There is no auto off option, but ... MoreThis is my first time using a heat press. A few screws rolling around in the box, so some assembly was required. But it has a solid feel, locks down well and temperature regulates just fine. So I have no complaints. But if you are going to use it a lot, or can spend more money, the model that swings to the side would be easier to use. I do all my alignment with the pad on a side table. Then move everything to the machine to press. Working under the heat plate can be so warm, that the HTV can fall off the transfer sheet if you are slow to get it lined up. Hence get a machine that moves to the side or do your alignment on the side.
Does not even deserve one star. The t shirt press part worked fine. Attempted to use the hat press and nothing ever lined up. Contacted manufacturer who said it was not their problem it was the seller. No sooner than I contact them with a complaint. I turn press on w an error code. Turned machine off and back on. It makes a loud pop and now will not come back on. Waste of money. I will never buy another press from Vevor. Walmart has not been much help solving the issue either.
I really like this Heat Press, it's very simple to use and good value for money. The size is great for all sizes of tshirts especially larger items. Ideally it would be great if it had some pre-set settings that you could select rather than having to set the time and temperature each time you use it. It does take quite a while to heat up.
