Product worked very well and seems very well made. However, the package arrived with the body of the oven significantly dented and the pizza stone was broken into several pieces.

A little practice and you will NOT go to the pizza place anymore.This oven works great. Almost too hot with the gas, of course you can adjust the heat. Just watch your temps. Get that stone nice and warm between 550 and 600 and you will make fantastic crispy crust pizzas. The ability to spin the pizza stone as your pizza cooks makes this THE model to have. I love using pellets and wood chunks. Great oven.

This is a great pizza oven for newbies. I got it as a gift for my husband this last Christmas and he was excited to use it. We made pizzas as a family and everyone enjoyed the experience. The pizzas tasted amazing due to the wood pellets. For the price, it was perfect for us.
Great value with flavor producing smoke. Make sure you has a torch for initial start. Pebbles can sometimes take 30 minutes to get hot. I bought the gas model also because I sometimes become impatient
Seriously, just get it. I've been using it for a few months now with great results. It's a bit to get it started, but does great once it starts. Raise the stone about an ince to get it closer to the flame, let it heat up first, them in goes the pizza!
Amazing bang for buck. Solidly built.It works really well when you nail the heat, which is hard to do, at least for me.I imagine I'll get better at it but maintaining the heat can be tricky.Once you get it up to a decent temp, a 10-12" pizza is taking me about 2-3 minutes to cook. Rotating every 30 seconds of closed door time. Have done pizza and pide so far but want to try baguettes and I also have a cast sizzling pan and I'm going to give steak a crack as well.The Ooni units would be undoubtedly better quality and maintain the temperature better, but are well over twice the cost.Perfect unit to dip your toes in and see if you like it.
Too much difference in temperature not consistent. Pellets burn too fast. Compartment too small. Took to long to cook. I would not recommend this oven to anyone. Very unhappy. Bad choice.
Purchased 2 for Christmas gifts. They arrived in a few days to my door. Happy with the delivery and the Black Friday pricing. Hope our kids love them.
