On first appearance the parts look flimsy and too flexible, but once assembled it all stands steady. The first part of assembly is a bit difficult if you're on your own, but doable. Very happy with the two racks I bought but had to make 4" slides to stop stuff falling off the back and sides. Will buy some more soon as I will happily furnish my workshop with them. Recommended by me wholeheartedly.

I needed a kitchen shelving outside of my regular cabinets. I was not going for looks. I wasn't worried about having to move it or level it. I just needed something to support the weight of pots and pans and other kitchen gear. I didn't want to constantly have to bend down or dig out to get to. This fit the bill. This clears off my stainless steel island top so that I can better utilize it for my baking and food prep. This is also great for laundry rooms and lightweight tools. I wouldn't put anything oily or dirty on it because the particle board would absorb everything. I will put on thick contact paper to prevent light spills or wetness to absorb into the particle board. Ordered this shelf for our garage, my husband and his brother found the assembly simple but a bit frustrating because one shelf gave them so much trouble going into its slot that the vertical rail bent a little from the amount of force they had to use to get it to lock in. Aside from that, it is a very nice shelf with a great capacity. We might order more in future if our needs warrant it. I recommend this product but do warn it can be a bit tricky assembling.

These shelves will not hold 2000lbs. I bought them to hold quart jars of canned goods. They will not hold them with the flimsy 5/16" thick MDF boards that come with them. I should have spent extra on wire kitchen racks. I'm going to have to spend time and money on either A quality plywood shelf material or I will be fabricating extra bracing for the shelf material supplied.And... the MDF shelving smells like mold and chemicals.
These shelves are just perfect for our intended use. We put them in what was a coat closet near the kitchen. It made that closet now a pantry. I had also put some hanging over-the-door shelves inside as well, perfect for spices and misc smaller kitchen stuff. Now I have the perfect Pantry. They are very solid and will hold a lot of stuff. I highly recommend them. And I love other products I have purchased from VIVOR. All top-quality items.

Very sturdy shelving unit! Easily put together. No sway, stands up straight without wobble. Would recommend for any storage. I use it for tools and hardware. Bottom two shelves loaded with power tools and absolutely solid. Will be buying another one come spring!
