Vicks Sinex Aloe Nasal Spray 15mL AUST-R 175764 Vicks Sinex Aloe Nasal Spray provides temporary relief from nasal congestion due to colds, allergies and sinusitis. It lasts for up to 12 hours. Directions Adults and children over 6 years, 2-3 sprays up each nostril, twice daily, morning and evening. Remove protective cap. Before using for the first time, depress the round tab firmly several times to prime the metering pump. Hold bottle with thumb at base, nozzle between first and second fingers. With head upright, insert spray nozzle in nostril, depress pump 2-3 times all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply. Ingredients Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% w/v, Benzalkonium chloride 0.02% w/v and chlorhexidine gluconate 0.05% w/v, as preservatives. Also contains sodium chloride. Oh, Lord! I would die without this nasal spray—seriously. I am Stage Four COPD, so I have a nasal canula for O2 24/7/365. Oxymetazoline inthe ONLY nasal spray that keeps my sinuses open. Without clear sinuses, no O2, so I would really die without it. Irish Pharmacy socks it & sells it at a very reasonable price. I am so grateful for that!!! Inish is the best!

I have used this product due to constant headaches which I'd always misdiagnosed myself as migraine or tension headaches not knowing it was actually sinusitis. I'm very impressed with the instant effectiveness of the spray I highly recommend it to anyone with sinus problems.

This years Hay-fever season was one of the worst ever, luckily I purchased Vicks Sinex Nasal Spray and haven't looked back, one spray in each nostril and my blocked sinuses are clear and I can breathe easy again.

I used this "new" formula for the first time last winter and Found it much less effective - and not as long-lasting - compared to the Original product. Please bring back the original
I am fan of Vicks and when I find that there is a product for the Nasal Spray. I brought it straight away. I used it mainly for the Hay Fever season and it is easy. It does takes a day or two before you know it, bye bye to the running nose.
Finally getting to sleep nights thanks to this nasal spray.

Excellent product. I had a lingering dry cough and thought it could be sinus. After using for only two days the condition eased.
Clears fast. Does not burn nostrils. My go to from now on.
