This luggage is incredible. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of this product. This suitcase is spacious and sturdy and I expect this product will last a long time. The handle and other hardware is high quality and will survive the rough handling that sometimes occurs during travel. The outside is very shiny and I am worried it may scratch over time, but it still seems strong enough to withstand larger dents and other damage. I highly recommend this product for all travelers.

As some of the other reviews have stated, this is an extremely light carry-on bag. The material seems strong enough, but it has a flimsy feel when it is open and you are trying to pack. I would also prefer more compartments than just one on either side. (This was ordered through a gift catalog from my employer and didn't have any details on manufacturer or model). The main reason that I didn't rank it higher is the carry handle is only about a half-inch across and is uncomfortable to lift and that is when the bag is empty. I suspect that it will be worse with any sort of load. I am a male with large hands, so it may not be an issue for everyone.

This is a really nice, sturdy, black suitcase. It is very distinct looking so should be easy to find at the airport. It is the perfect size and I was able to fit quite a bit of stuff into it! I love that it has a combination lock to keep the bag secure. What a great feature. The suitcase is easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth. The wheels work very nice and it rolls all directions easily. The handle is easy to retract and push back in. I recommend this bag.
This luggage is a great style and size. Its SUPER lightweight and rolls beautifully even when filled to capacity. I used this piece for travel over the Thanksgiving holiday and it did not disappoint! It has a sleek look and is easily identifiable when surrounded by other pieces. I shared this luggage with my daughter, she used one side, and I used the other. Built in lock is pretty standard and TSA approved. The lining is top quality, and our clothes were kept organized and in place. If you are on the fence about this piece of luggage, GET IT!
I am a yearly traveler, from heading state to state for work, to traveling overseas to visit family I am always taking a yearly trip. I was in the market for a suitcase that would “keep up” with being tossed around the way they are in airports. This suitcase is it!! I love it’s durability and I love how spacious it is. I love how easy the outside and inside is easy to clean up, a simple wipe down gets the job done! I am able to over pack, from workout clothes, to pajamas, daily wear and work clothes plus shoes. I love the height adjustment handle, and though it looks heavy it definitely is not. Extremely light weight and durable, definitely recommend!!
I have to start this by saying this case is very eye-catching! It’s modern and sleek, and at 5lbs I’m very impressed with how light it is! The outer shell is a polished black that is made out of polycarbonate. This makes the shell very tough but with still some flexibility. The bag is the perfect size for a carry-on. It has an extendable handle and rugged wheels that make pulling it effortless. The zippers open it up like a butterfly so it’s really easy to pack. The zippers latch into a TSA-approved combination lock for extra security. I can’t stress how impressed I am with how light-weight and well-designed this is! If you’re in the market for a hard case carry-on, I suggest giving this a try!

I also appreciate the lock, and its very easy to use - not at all what I was expecting.I had no issues with scratching, I actually tried to make a mark and was successful using just things on my desk. My preferred features include a VERY LIGHT suitcase. I prefer a clam type opening with zippered covers on BOTH sides (tough to find), I hate the “straps” usually found on one side of suitcases.I was replacing my Rimowa, and ran across the Airox. First, the price point is much lower than the Essential Lite. If the weight is important to you, Airox is (less than a pound) heavier. I’ll take the extra (0.8 lb) weight for the $$ savings. After packing, l am able to place my jacket on top of the zipped compartments, close and zip the case. This is very nice when we head to a cold destination where I need a warm coat after landing. Super easy to extract from the suitcase. I only have one recommendation: the wheels are not completely tucked under the bag. I am worried that baggage handlers might break one off (this has happened to me). Take a look at the Rimowa wheels. It’s a small thing but meaningful (at least to me). The Airox wheels are smooth and quiet, maybe just a tad bulky.Bottom line: Victorinox Airox is fantastic luggage at a very fair price point. Love it!
Overall, this carry-on is everything you could want. The wheels are my favorite feature because they roll so easily and in any direction. I love that you don't have to tilt the bag either. The handle is so easy to operate and grasp. I LOVE the zipper lock. My belongings finally feel secure! My only complaint is that I wish it had an expandable zipper. I could really use about 2 more inches of space. Other than that, I love it.
