As 15 years old, I was looking for a gift for my mother. A friends mother told me about(and recommanded) these knifes(that she could get cheap trough the working place)I bougth 1 bread-knife(pastry knife - with wodden handle) for the gift and she was very pleased.Now 20 years later - I was on a visit to my parrents and there i found the "old knife" on the kitchentable. I was surpriced and had totally forgotten the knife ..so out of curiosity i asked my mother, if its still sharp at all?She said it was almost as sharp as the day she got it - I tested it and had to admit, that it was better/sharper than my own Fiskars and Raadvad-pastry-knives(those where only 2 and 3 years old)So i ordered a new one for my self - I think that "20 years of hard use" ..and still ...
