The chronograph function began to reset to 18 seconds and not zero. Pretty useless chronograph feature that does not start at zero. I am having a hard time believing that this watch broke within 3 months!! No I have to send it in and wait 2-3 weeks? I expected more.

I owned a Victorinox watch some time ago, and I lost my other watch when the strap unfastened. I decided on another Victorinox. The service from First Class watches was perfect from start to finish. Great selection, great website and the transaction and delivery was painless. My ONLY issue is that the two bands on the strap continually slide down the wrist so that I can't secure the end of the tab on the strap. I feel exposed to losing this watch in the same manner as the last one. That aside, I'm very happy with my purchase.
