Purchased a chef's and sontuko knife 6 months ago and both remain quite sharp, only using a steel every second use. Easy to clean and feel great. Only problem is the santoku feels a bit light in the hand.

I needed a good knife for chopping vegetables and found this knife online. I went to the Victorinox Store in Geneva and spoke with a staff member there and they were very helpful in making my purchase. I use this knife 3 - 4 times a week. The knife is light with a comfortable handle and is very sharp. I highly recommend this knife.

This is pretty much what I was looking for larger kitchen knife of this style. It's very sharp and light weight. The blade is fairly thin which seems to work out well. It's also reasonably priced. Finally, I like the handle color selection. I went with orange which goes with some other, non-Victorinox kitchen gadgets I have.

Well, it is definitely not what I was hoping for this to be. Blade not as sharp as I expected - sadly very blunt in a few spots. Apart from that I can say that it is a simple, very light weight, comfortable to hold knife for home cook only. 30£ is a fair price for that knife.

it is not that sharp, you will need to sharp it
